I’m a 20 years old male, I think I have an internal wound in my penis, I got this when I was having an anal intercourse with my partner. Now every-time I went to poo, my penis would always release a significant amount of blood( this always happens every-time I put pressure on my penis) and when I get an erection, I don’t have feel any pain even when I pee. Every-time this happens my underwear always gets soaked from my blood, can you please tell me what is wrong with my penis?
