1:45 a.m. I fell asleep with my son and woke up around 1:25. I tried to go back to sleep, but couldn’t so now I am getting my hanging in. I am hoping to get 4 hours in today.

So I am in my last hour of hanging and I am doing SO. While doing this I decided to apply heat to the base of my dick with a rice sock. I am not sure if this is going to make a difference or not. We will see.

Oh and what the fuck is going on with TV at 5 in the morning. Why isn’t there any good shows on? I hate watching these horrible movies. I think I’m going to get some video games or some shit to occupy my time when I’m up this late doing nothing.

Yeah TV that late is pretty much going to suck. Even HBO at that hour is crap. It’s just because no one is really watching, other than us, so they have no reason to waste the good stuff at that time of night. This is why I love Tivo, DVR, or On Demand. I tape lots of extra shows, and have them for late nights.

Yeah brother, I know. I love DVR, but my problem is that I don’t save the program I recorded for my late night/early morning hanging sessions.

Back at it, it’s 1:45 a.m when I got strapped in. I will put in 4 hours tonight. Today, I had the same feeling when I stretched my dick out as the other day. I was sitting in front of my computer and I stretched my dick out and I felt it stretch longer than before. It makes me want to measure but I’m not going to measure for a while. Well at least there is something good on tonight. Love the movie Lord of War. Mean while only an 1 1/2 hrs into my first set I was feeling some serious fatigue. I had to take it off for a little while, put the rice sock back in the microwave and apply heat again before strapping in again. I was going to decrease the weight, but after a few minutes of being strapped in again I was able to handle the weight with no problem. I may decrease weight in later sets, but as for right now I am ok.

On another note. I am supposed to go see my girlfriend tomorrow for her birthday then Friday morning I am supposed to meet up with this other girl whom I’ve been talking to. I want to pump up before she and I get together. I am looking forward to pumping up and fucking her. Also I think this weekend I am going to the beach for a few days. I haven’t been there in a while and I want to take the yacht out. I’m not sure if I’m going to stay for two days or longer. It depends if I bring my son. He has school on Monday so I have to come back sunday if I bring him, which I don’t mind. I like bringing him to school in the mornings. Either way, I am just ready to go to the beach.

What a fucking day. So today I was on a conference call when I was told that the deal we have been working on for 2 years, and was to culminate within the next week, will take maybe another 2 years to complete. This is some depressing news, oh well. I am wondering how this may affect my PE’ing. I wonder if being upset/depressed/down/aggravated, whatever, has an effect on length?

Anyway, I am going to try to do some hanging tonight.

I don’t think it will directly affect your results, but it will affect your motivation and commitment to PE. Just try to get that satisfaction and feeling of a good stretch, and it will boost your morale that exists outside of work.

Well I decided to do some hanging. I am going to try for 4 hours tonight, but I have a meeting at 9 tomorrow morning. I can’t fucking sleep and it’s driving me crazy. At least I’m getting my hanging in.

Forgot about this, on a lighter note my girlfriend and I were fucking and she was saying how I felt thicker. This is odd to me because I have not really been working on girth. I am primarily focusing on length. While she was on top she kept saying how I felt thicker and then, after a little while, she had a great orgasm. When she got off, she had problem forming complete sentences.

So far I have been able to hang for 15 days and I’ve logged 70 hours strapped in. I believe I read somewhere on here that the suggested minimum is 10 hours a week so I guess I’m doing a little more than the minimum. I have been trying to find it but I haven’t had any luck. Somewhere on here there is a statement regarding the amount of time strapped in equating to the average gained.

Day 16 of hanging and I’m hoping to log 4 hours today which will bring my total up to 74 hours of hanging in 16 days. I have to start wearing my ADS again. I haven’t been wearing it and for no good reason other than being lazy.
