I am hanging but I wasn’t able to properly warm up. I am glad to get some hanging in though. I am hoping to get in at least 2 hours and hopefully 4, but I’m exhausted and ready to go to sleep.

I think I’m going to take off today. I attended a wedding yesterday and then the wedding party went out afterwards and so did I. Then I ended up in the strip club. I then decided to have a few drinks and call it an early night. Maybe if I feel better later then I will do some hanging.

Ok, thought I was going to take off today, but decided to strap on. This will be 86 hours in 20 days. Starting set is 12 1/2 lbs.

I like being in a committed relationship. No, just kidding. My girlfriend is a great girl. If I EVER decide to get married, she probably will be the one. But until then this stripper and I are going to have a good time.

As for PE’ing. I was only able to do three hours of hanging. My dick was telling me to stop so I had to. I will resume hanging again tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll be able to get in 5 hours since I only did 3 today.

I was able to do my 4 hours on the 24th. Not able to hang at all on the 25th. I am hanging today. I will have to split up my session. I think I will be able to get in 2 hours before I have to go do anything. Today I am starting with 15 lbs. For the past few days I have only been using either 10 or 12 1/2 lbs and fatigue has been taking longer to set in so I guess it’s time to move up in weight.

Resuming the rest of my routine. I have somewhere do go around 9 so I will be able to get in the 4 hours daily I like to do. Today is the first day I increased my weight. I am at 15 lbs. I hung BTC for the first hour and reached fatigue. Then I did SO for the second hour and didn’t reach fatigue. So I am going to continue BTC for the remainder of my workout today. This will put me at 93 hours in 22 days.

Awesome, that is a feeling I find very hard to get with manual stretches. Generally I get the skin stretch feeling. You’re doing some serious commitment and work.

Thanks man. I feel like I have been working pretty hard and not yielding any results. I’ve been at a plateau for a few months and thats why I switched to hanging. I am anxious to measure but I promised myself I wouldn’t measure for four months of hanging. So after 120 days of hanging I will measure and if I haven’t gained then I plan on taking a 2 or 3 month decon break.

Well I was finished with my routine and I was sitting around watching tv. I figured since I wasn’t going to go out that I should maybe do some more hanging so here I am, strapped in while watching tv. I’d be happy if I just get in a extra hour. I definitely feel the 15lbs. It’s a great stretch. I hope this works for me. I will ride the 15 lbs till I no longer feel a good stretch from this weight, then I will go up.
