Yeah the rate so far has been awesome. I think it’s slowing down a bit but it should be fine. Over the span of a year even the slightest gains will accumulate eventually :D

Week 12 & 13

This just about marks the end of my first 3 months on the newbie routine. I haven’t missed a session yet and often times can’t wait for my next session when having rest days, lol. I don’t think I have everything 100% dialed in yet but I’m trying to make small adjustments to get there eventually.

Measurements right now are:
BPEL: 7.6” (19.3 cm)
MSEG: 5.96” (15.15 cm)

So yet another 0.1” length gains and sustained girth this couple of weeks. Girth sometimes measures right about 5.9” but 5.96” is what it consistently reaches at max EQ. PIs are good, maybe a bit sore some days but that’s usually right when a rest day is scheduled and it bounces back until the next session. Morning and nighttime erections seem good, which is easy to track as I often wake up a bunch of times every night. So I don’t plan to ramp anything up yet.

These next weeks I’m going to make a few small adjustments though. If I can squeeze another .1” in length during that time I’d consider it a success, but we’ll see in 14 days.
I plan to:
- Edge less, lol. I’m not gaining girth, and by now I think the gains I had a while back are cemented enough not to be lost by only stimulating them during my sessions, not adding another 2-3 shorter edging sessions throughout the day. I’m still going to edge at the end of each sessions though, around 7-12 minutes.
- Jelq a bit less. Lately the last few minutes of jelqing have felt pretty uninspired. I think it’s partly because I’m getting exhausted from the sessions and all the edging, and because I have been preferring the stretches, which also have increased in duration. I have been stretching about 12-13 minutes and jelqing for another 13 minutes. I plan to try reducing the jelqing to a flat 10 minutes.
- Maybe stop using the rubber ring all together. I might use it later as a light clamping aid while jelqing, but right now I’m going to focus on length, and I have noticed that the small expansion I get from the ring seems to take away slightly from the length.
- Keep measuring every 2 weeks instead of daily. I actually measured both weekends these last 2 weeks but I think every other weekend would be a good target.

All of these changes means taking it a bit easier, without taking away anything that I think really has contributed to my gains so far. If it works out I’ll have more time and energy to put into other things, mainly my powerlifting which has been picking up lately. I think PE has been a big help in that regard by the way, as my performance plummeted greatly while I was dealing with the anxiety that lately has been pretty much cured.

Approaching the milestone of my first 1” length gains, super psyched and ever grateful to have found TP and its community!

The first 1” is the best. Knowing you can make the change and that it is yours…that’s heady.

You’ve got a good plan put together it would appear. I’m sure you’ll hit that 1” mark which is awesome. Almost 1” gained in 3 months is incredible, something tells me if you keep at this you’ll have to stop before you even reach the 1 year mark cuz your dong is just too damn big!

This is a philosophical question. There’s many threads on this topic I think. BUT…I imagine the answer is no. *laughs*

Haha, I hope you’re right. But let’s be real, would any of us ever stop for such a reason? ;)

Hey when it slows down you have lots of options to speed it back up, incorporate different variations of stretches or jelqs, up the volume or intensity a bit, or take a break and come back at lower volume and intensity and work your way back up.
But your current rate of gains is truly much better than most peoples after they’ve gotten their newbie gains, so just stick with it and be happy with a very impressive rate of gains.

Honestly the only reason I can come up with to stop is that it starts making sex problematic, and that’s going to be different with every woman.

I just want to be able to PE because I want to, not because I think I have to, if that makes sense. I’ve been lucky and I think I’m in a much better place in that regard already. But the “ultimate goal” has a tendency to be pushed along as we progress, always staying just out of reach :D

I think a deload or similar would be a good idea soon, but I’d love to reach some milestone first. I mean I’m just shy of 1” gained, pretty close to 20 cm metric, heck even close to 8” bpel, it would take some real determination to take even a short break now I think :D But I probably will later this year. Right now the lower intensity this week feels pretty great, and I guess that will have to serve as a form of very light deload in the meantime.
Yes the gains so far in relation to the amount of work put in has truly been remarkable I think, manuals are awesome :)

No, really though, I agree, at some point the price of a bigger size will not be worth it. Be it too much work and headache to gain a fraction of an inch that you really don’t care that much about anyway, or less enjoyable sex life for oneself or one’s partner…

Week 14 & 15

Kept stretches around 12-13 min and reduced jelq time to 10 minutes these weeks, and also stopped edging apart from at the end of each morning session. I think 10 minutes jelqing works much better for me than my previous 13 minutes, at least right now. But more than that the reduced edging has been great. My time investment has gone down drastically and I have better EQ in general. I even end up jelqing with full erection some sessions which hasn’t been happening very often lately. This seems to build up a much higher pressure, because I end up with a few red spots on my shaft every now and then. They usually go away in a couple of days, and my double rest days over the weekends give them time to fade completely. But I might have to watch the pressure I apply… just this morning I had a full erection pretty much 9 out of the 10 minutes I jelqed which is even more than usual and one of the red spots got slightly bigger than they use to.

As for measurements it’s been slightly harder to get reliable differences from the readings lately. I measured after the last session on friday and it also wasn’t obviously larger than on rest days like it used to a couple of months back. My BPFSL is still larger after than prior to a session though which I think is a good positive indication. I took a few pictures and measured the rest day after that and while it’s hard to get a good picture of small differences like this, since the few seconds it takes to get the camera and let it focus lets the EQ drop slightly and a millimeter goes quickly, it was easier to see with the naked eye.

BPEL: 7.7” (19.5 cm)
EG: 5.9” (15 cm)

I lost slightly in girth, but that’s probably to be expected when I removed a lot of edging, some jelq time and stopped using the rubber ring. 5.9” is totally fine for now though. I think I actually gained slightly less in length than I use to over 2 weeks as well, but I am pretty sure I gained a little and it’s not just measuring errors, because the very first picture I took of the ruler said 19.5 cm and I usually have to take a bunch of pictures before I get the top reading. Anyway, I think I’m gonna start putting slightly more time between how often I set my short term goals. Lately I’ve been expecting about .2” a month, or actually .1” every two weeks, but I don’t think I can keep that rate. It is also hard to really measure any difference below about .2” I think.

So, by the end of mars I would love to reach 20 cm, and I’ll consider that my next short term goal. That is 0.5 cm or 0.2” in 7 weeks, which just might be possible… It’s not a low expectation by any means, but it’s set considering my rate of gains so far and yet expecting them to slow down a bit henceforth. Whether I’ll keep measuring every 2 weeks or wait longer this time around I’m not sure yet.. but I doubt I can go 7 weeks without having to check my progress with the ruler :)

Damn nice to leave the ruler in the drawer for a while to be honest. Just jelqing and stretching away and not having to prove to myself that I’m actually still gaining every other day. That’s my main concern though, that I’m gaining at all, it doesn’t have to be fast as long as it’s steady… Hopefully less frequent measurements can make that more apparent.

Week 16 & 17

My routine as of right now:
~13 minutes stretching:
2 min straight down
1.5 min straight up
1 min to each side
1.5 min each side angled down
2 minutes straight out, a bit harder then the rest

~12 minutes jelq with 4 squeezes at about 30 seconds each throughout

~8 min edging

I tried out the squeezes first time last week, the thursday session I think. I clamp at the base with one hand when I’m decently erect, then clamp with an overhand grip right below the glans with the other. This creates huge pressure between my two hands and also a bit on the glans I think. Right after my first session with this I measured 6.1” girth, and my flaccid was a bit more plump than usual throughout the day. The next day though girth was back to my usual 5.9”, or even slightly below, which was kind of a surprise. The length was greater than the day before though and EQ was up a bit.

The initial added girth and the later increase in length and EQ led me to believe it would be a decent addition to my jelq session, but maybe not as intense as the first day and maybe not every session. So I’m planning on doing 4x30 sec squeezes every other session day, so monday and thursday but not tuesday or friday. Maybe I can get some girth gains eventually if I take it easy enough. The squeezes give me small red spots sometimes like fully erect jelqing use to, but not to any alarming degree, and they fade just as quickly.

I wasn’t really planning on measuring this week, but since I started doing the squeezes I had to gauge their effect somehow. I measured late friday and sunday, so with only half a day rest as well as two and a half, same measurements both times. Girth was unchanged or down slightly and length was up notably, so all in all good progress and actually a bit more than I was expecting. I’ve also checked BPFSL a few times during the week and I’m above 8” post session, somewhere around 8.2” maybe. I might use BPFSL to track progress later, because it’s so much easier than EL to measure.

EL gain looks like it follows the trend that I’m gaining slightly below the .2” a month rate I had a few months ago. If I look at my last 4 weeks it’s been about .15” in length which seems about right. Glad to see that I’m still gaining from my relatively light routine though, and psyched to be on track for my goal of 7.9” (20 cm) by the end of march. If I can just get the girth gains going as well I’ll be able to set a realistic 8x6 goal date for real…

The gains continue congrats buddy. Girth can be a real bitch, my recommendation, if length gains are going well just keep at it until you reach a goal or milestone or the gains really slow down, don’t worry much about girth, you’ve already got a thick one, and after a Decon / deload it will bounce back and start gaining again.

But if you really want to eek out another .1” to meet a goal I would recommend trying the following:
Continue with the length portion of your routine, no changes unless gains stop or dramatically slow, and over the course of the next four weeks do the following for girth:
Week one: same jelq time / pressure but ditch squeezes
Week two: reduce jelq time by 25%
Week three and four: reduce jelq intensity (pressure) to the point where it’s just barely expanding when you jelq.

Then when week 5 comes around turn your jelq intensity back up to what it was and add in 2 squeezes. After two weeks you should start seeing girth move up a bit again. Once it slows down add two more squeezes.
The short reduction in time and intensity could be enough to let it recover and then the sudden increase back into intensity might be just what it needs to jumpstart the growth again.

No guarantee it will work but based off my experience with the second experiment I did my girth started gaining again rather quickly after that short break at lower intensity and time.
