Working out in compression tights is already starting to feel a bit weird. I always turtled a lot from lifting but the workout-days-flaccid seems to be less prone to do that, lol. There’s nothing like showing off your jelqing-inflated member through the tights when arching up for some bench press.. I think I need to go back to wearing shorts.

Week 4 & 5

Stuck around 6 min stretch + 15 min jelq, 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on and the weekend off. Doing all sessions in front of the IR lamp and using disposable heating pads on all workout days. I have also started keeping my rice sock in my briefs while I eat breakfast and prepare for the sessions. So instead of ~5 min I think my warmup is upwards 15 min now.

I have ended every session with edging, or maybe it’s ballooning I’m not certain of the terms :) But I go to the PONR and stay there for a few minutes, often ejaculating some without having an orgasm. I’ve found this takes a toll on my libido, and therefore also EQ when it matters the most so to speak.. At least that’s my best guess, that it’s the ballooning that takes the edge off and not fatigue from the exercises. Because I just didn’t feel the sex drive I use to, but still could keep a good erection eventually.
Anyway, as of yesterday I’m cutting the ballooning out entirely and limit my post-session edging to a few minutes, just working up to full erection for a bit then letting it subside.

I also realized I was naive when I compared measuring PE gains to measuring gym gains, and that it’s really easy to get discouraged if you’re not satisfied with the measurements. Which I’m sure not to be if I measure too frequently, especially after the burst of small gains I had the first few weeks to compare against. My current plan is to wait 1 month from my first measurement before I do it again, so in about 2 weeks time.

PIs are good apart from the reduced sex drive a few days ago. I’m hoping less edging/ballooning will take care of that.
Skin irritation is completely gone now.

Week 6 & 7

Coming up at around 6-10 min stretching and 12-13 min jelq for these last couple of weeks. Still a lot of warming with rice sock, IR lamp and heat pads.

The last week I’ve also been edging a lot. Partly because it seems to work my girth quite a bit, and partly because my unit’s been feeling a lot bigger lately and can’t stop playing with it, lol. Some days last week I edged 3-4 times for around 10 minutes each, going to near orgasm, which makes it easy to stay around 100% EQ for a while. At times my dick was quite sore, like I’d been having a lot of sex, but it always goes away once it gets warmed up, so no issues really. Also haven’t been seeing the same EQ drops I had earlier with a lot of edging this time around, rather the other way around where I’ll stay close to 100% EQ during sex.

I started measuring during week 7, to be able to have a few comparable numbers during the rest days this weekend, which was the 1 month mark since my last measurement. I was afraid that I’d lose a bit during the rest time, which was why I started measuring on a PE day. Turns out I didn’t, at least not during the 2 days I stayed off.

I now have two comparable measurements with included pictures 1 month apart with almost identical set-up, the gains cannot be denied.
BPEL: 18.5 cm / 7.3” (0.5 cm / 0.2” gain)
MSEG: 15 cm / 5.9” (0.6 cm / 0.24” gain)

I am really really happy about these results! I didn’t count on making much progress on EG yet, but I guess this early is where that is more likely to happen. The 0.6 cm gain feels really huge, and partly why I couldn’t wait with whipping out the measuring tape. Also love the new thickness when getting it on with the lady, it feels like it can barely fit now, lol. She hasn’t made any comments on it, but she promised me when I told her I started PE that there was no way she would be able to tell any difference because she doesn’t care. I’m sure she mostly said that because she’s aware of my demons that brought me here to TP, but I’m fairly sure she can tell the difference already. Sure would be nice to have her say it though, but I’m in no rush :)

I have been expecting to lose most of my girth gains this last week because they appeared pretty suddenly. But so far they have stuck around for a week (not the entire 0.6 cm of course but I really started noticing it 1 week ago). I am confident that if they would go back a little bit by now I would still be able to regain them in not too long, I hope.. :)

All in all a great month. It really boosted my confidence in PE and it’s effectiveness, and I’m almost at the point where I wouldn’t care if my gains stopped completely right now because I’m so happy with my new size, but I’m certainly going to do what I can to make sure they don’t :)
Next milestone is 19 cm BPEL and breaking that magic 6” EG!

I’ve made my stretching more similar to yours I think, almost 10 min total with ~1 min each direction, seems to work really well!

Thank you! Yeah, I have a suspicion that all the heat is working for me, even the ligaments feel much less stiff now! And I’m really pleased with where I am with my routines as well, very simple sessions without any discomfort or stress at all. I hardly think I’d started this light if it wasn’t for all the times you and others have advised so around here, so thanks for that :)

Only wish I’d listened more to your newbie advice post when you said not to buy any device in the beginning. Would have saved me the $120 I paid for an ADS in the beginning that I doubt I’ll ever use, lol :D

As much as I enjoy the gains so far I’m even more grateful for how much more at peace I am. I was at a pretty dark place earlier this year, and in just these last couple of months I have made more progress with that than I’d even hope, way more than the dick gains, haha.

Week 8 & 9

This will mark the end of my first two months with PE. I have so far not missed a single planned session, or had any other notable setbacks or problems.
My current routine in short goes something like:
- 10-20 min warm up with rice sock in pants during breakfast
- ~9 min stretching, using kind of a pulsing stretch intensity, inspired by JAI-stretch:
1 min SD, 1 min SU, 1 min left, 1 min right, 1 min down-left, 1 min down-right, 1.5 min BTC, 1.5 min straight out
- 13 minutes “dry jelqs with lube”, meaning I move the skin but I use a lot of lube, dry jelqs irritated my skin. I start with post-stretch flaccid and work up to erection ranging all the way up to close to 10 EQ but fluctuating a lot during these 13 minutes.
- I then slap a heat pad in my underwear and put them on. Lately I have been using a loose-fitting rubber penis ring as well during the day, which makes my dick a little bit fuller even though it’s only tight when I’m fully erect… I’m not sure if I will continue with it yet but I like the feeling so far, apart from a bit if itching, lol.

I also think I’ll be ending my high frequency edging period as of today. I have been edging about 4 times each day, often going on for up to an hour at least once per day. Although it does feel like spending such a good amount of time at high EQ and filling out the gains might be slightly beneficial, it’s simply not worth the time and energy anymore.
I went into PE expecting it to take a lot of time, and since then I have been pleasantly surprised with the great results I’ve had with only about 30 minutes sessions 4 times a week. It seems like a really bad idea to put in all that extra time for a small or maybe no benefit at all.
Also it does take a toll on my libido. Maybe not every day, but sometimes I find that after foreplay and just a little bit of sex I’ve already exhausted my energy. All this edging needs to go, lol.

As for measurements this week I’ve established these numbers to be pretty reliable:
BPEL: 19 cm / 7.5” (0.5 cm / 0.2” gains these two weeks)
MSEG: 15 cm / 5.9” (no measurable gains these two weeks)

Another very very positive result. While EG didn’t really increase, I’m seeing more measurements at or above 15 cm than I did a few weeks ago, so I think I’m making progress still, even so slowly. But while I’d love to break 6” I don’t really care much about girth at this point, as long as it’s not going down, lol.
EL gains are not showing any signs of slowing down though. I actually had a few measurements at 7.6” or slightly above, but 7.5” is what I found most consistent, and it’s a very good point to start off 2017. I’m approaching two huge milestones, one metric at 20 cm and one imperial at 8”, I am so psyched I can barely believe the ruler sometimes, haha.

Closing words on my short acquaintance with PE 2016:
I went into this with a sound skepticism and with as low hopes as I could, thinking I’d either make no gains at all or see maybe a centimeter in half a year or something like that. Reading up on whatever I could, 100% of it from TP, I decided on a routine quite quickly and had my first session within a week.
The beginning was a little bit stressful. As I expect a lot of guys around here I was a bit tormented by my demons at the time, and putting in time and effort with PE felt like they would possibly get even worse… Fortunately it was clear that that was not the case within the first few weeks.

Just reading up on average penis sizes or reading about members here, along with my initial measurements, gave me a much more positive outlook on size and damped my anxiety quite a bit. Then seeing the gains I’ve had so far, averaging at about 1 cm / 0.4” a month, I can almost say that I’m totally at peace of mind again.
I use the hungfun site sometimes, mostly to easily calculate volume in ci, but also to see how my size ranks in the average group of 1000 guys that they list there. I’m sure their size estimation is not 100% correct, and I don’t think they even take into account that a longer penis is more likely to be thicker as well, but simply seeing myself go from “22 should be both longer and girthier than you” down to just 1 has gave me an extra boost. It would be SILLY to have size anxiety at this point, which it of course was from the start as well, but it took me until now to be convinced, lol.

Another note on what the gains I’ve had thus far has done for me. I realize now that the size of my penis and whether I’m satisfied with it is even more a question of my own perspective and opinion than I thought. I mean going from 6.7”/5.5” to 7.5”/5.9” in this short period of time I thought it would make a world of difference during sex, but it honestly hasn’t. I am sure I could gain up to 8”/6” as well without being blown away by the difference, not really seeing much change until I’m so big it becomes a problem. Don’t get me wrong though, I love that my size is increasing and it’s been part of the reason why I have been edging so much lately, but it simply isn’t as big of a deal as I previously made it up to be.
I do still have my big-dick fetish though, lol, and I’m really looking forward to see what PE will take me during 2017.

I’m glad to see you’ve had both good gains and a good turn of mental change.

Auto Extender or VAC Extender or whatever it’s called, the 3rd version I think it was. It doesn’t really matter, but in hindsight I might as well have donated that money to TP :D

What is a true BPEL, really?

I’ve been measuring a lot lately. I figure why not unless it makes you uncomfortable or stress you out, which it hasn’t.

One thing that’s been bugging me though is that my NBPL seems to be way off my BPL, to the point where I probably shouldn’t try to measure NBP at all.

Initially I figured my fat pad is thick. Everyone’s body stores excess fat at slightly different places, and I think I have most around my lower torso, and probably also the fat pad. I don’t really have a lot of body fat though, so measuring almost 1.2” lower NPB than BP really doesn’t seem right.. could I be pressing the ruler under the pubic bone? I really don’t think so, sure feels like bone.

I looked at some pictures and realised the pubic bone is not really perpendicular to the penis if you point it straight out, it’s slightly angled. Putting the ruler lower on the pubic bone should mean higher measurements, while the top of it is close to NBP. In my case I also think I hit some ligaments higher on the bone, which takes away another .1” or something.

Right now I’m contemplating rotating the ruler 90 degrees when measuring to get a more “true” BPL. This means about .2” shorter for me. But the thing is that I could still go up another cm on the pubic bone and get .2” shorter measurements still…

So I’m wondering what is the true BP really? How do they measure when they do studies on penis length?

I think you’re already large enough that it probably wouldn’t.

Length hasn’t really made much difference in sex for me. Sure some positions are easier, but you also have to be much more careful that you don’t go too deep, so it is a trade off. Girth on the other hand, has made a huge difference for me. Sex is much more enjoyable. I still have a ways to go. I think 5.5 EG would be right around the point of maximum pleasure for the man. I can’t wait until I get there. I’ll overshoot that a bit, hopefully, but overall if I hit that point and never gained a bit after I’d be fine with that.

You’re certainly right that I was large enough, even from the start. I think what does it for me is the difference, not the absolute size. I mean noticing that I am in fact a bit bigger at times in bed is awesome, but the actual feeling it hasn’t changed much at all. It will certainly differ from person to person, but according to me 5.5” and 5.9-6” is pretty much the same, so sounds like you’ve set yourself a good target there imo.

Week 10 & 11

Yet another couple of weeks. Still going on the same routine, with some slight differences from day to day. I’ve found myself stretching a little bit longer most days, maybe 9-12 min. It’s mostly because I don’t stop the timer for taking a new grip between my stretching directions, which I switch every 1 min mostly. And I’ve also started holding my favorite directions a bit longer, 1.5 min instead of 1. Those would be straight up and down, BTC and then I finish off with straight out for 2-2.5 min.

I’ve been edging less. Still haven’t found exactly a level I’m satisfied at but I’m getting there. I still feel like edging a couple of times a day can be beneficial, and not too much of a strain, as long as I can make the time for it. I also have been using the rubber penis ring when edging, giving me an extra .1-.2” expansion, kind of like very light weight clamping I suppose.

I like using the ring because when I bought it in a pack of 3 rings, the middle sized one was a little bit too tight and the smallest was super tight, this large one was way too loose though. At the time I was dealing with some anxiety and having it fit like a hula hoop was pretty discouraging. I felt like throwing it away but kept it deep inside a drawer instead, not really sure why but I’m glad now that I did. Now since I gained some girth it fits pretty snug, and as I said it gives me a nice small expansion when edging, which puts me right around 6-6.1”. So I’m thinking it might help me get some very slow but steady girth gains still, which would be preferable since I don’t think I want much more than a consistent 6” cemented. I don’t try to use it for passive expansion anymore though, because I want maximum circulation during rest.

I have also been thinking about my measuring technique and intervals. I’m quite certain that I’ve optimised the way I measure length a bit too much, finding just the right spot for the ruler to dig deep in my fat pad and pushing hard on it. I might also push my hip in the right way to get a couple of extra mm, don’t think that makes as much of a difference though. But for the sake of being honest with myself, and also to keep my stats here as accurate as possible, I took these measurements with the ruler turned 90 degrees to have it “standing up” on the of my shaft and hitting the fat pad vertically, as in the example in the thread about how to properly measure. This made my measurements about .2” lower than last time, which is right about how much I have gained also, which is nice.

Measuring this way and taking the picture from the side also made me realize I had more of an upwards bend on my shaft than I had realised. Straightening it out would probably add .1” or something but I don’t think I’m even able to do that, either way it doesn’t matter.

Another thing I’m gonna change about measuring these next 2 weeks is that I won’t measure every session. In fact my plan is not to measure until the end of this couple of weeks. The reason is mostly that I just want to try it for once. Another reason is that trying to achieve a good measuring-erection and taking several measurements with the ruler every day takes a lot of time and energy, and hurts my fat pad, lol. I also care less about what the ruler sais now. If I don’t make any gains I’ll change something up in 2 weeks and take it from there.

Measurements this time:
BPEL: 7.5” (7.7” if I measure the same way I used to, but 7.5” is official)
MSEG: 5.96” (virtually unchanged, but sliiightly more consistent measurements above 15 cm)

So still seeing some gains but still no gains, lol. I’m very satisfied with the progress and looking forward to the next few weeks. The changed way I measure set me back slightly for that 20 cm milestone, but the gains still seem to keep me on track so whatever. Girth gains seem to come around ever so slowly, or maybe I’m stuck I’m not sure. I don’t need much more girth though, but will certainly be glad for any gains there as well. The goal is to at least maintain and I’m sure eventually I’ll see 6” on the tape!

One reason I don’t want much more girth is that my girlfriend was a bit sore yesterday after sex. She even said there was some blood when she cleaned herself up afterwards. I’m sure it’s fine and that it could have been avoided by me finishing faster after her or by using lube or not doing doggy. But it’s the first time we had complication, and it was the first time it’d happened to her and I don’t want to risk it turning into more of an obstacle we have to work around.

I also realised fellatio is already harder on her. Keeping the mouth open too wide will cramp it up faster, I already had an earlier girlfriend with a smaller mouth complain about this at 5.5” girth. More than 6” doesn’t seem to offer enough of positive changes for me personally to condone the potential problems. I already have to ask for head a sufficient amount of times without her knowing it’ll probably cramp up her jaw as well ;)
