Newbie Gains

Hey ,

I’ve started my PE journey around April this year for a month but stopped due to studies and work. I’ve started again this December and as of today a 0.39 inch gain in length and 0.3 in girth. My measurements as of today are 7.08x5.15 with a downward curve that I am trying to get rid of. I have several questions and sorry if I’m annoying or English mistakes.

1: on average , what would my size potential be starting at the above measurements. I want to get to 9x6 hopefully, is that realistic? ( I know everybody is different but on average)

2 : I started working on my curve by doing erect jelqs + edging & masturbating against the curve. Will I be able to get it to go upwards or at-least get it straight? Did anybody ever do it before?

3: is it normal that my penis is very tired and barely get a boner after 2-2.5h of edging maybe even more ( not proud of it) but now that I know that edging against the curve can fix it then I am kinda putting that time to use.

Thanks,

Hey there. Here is my opinion on your questions:

1. A 2" x 1" gain is possible. It is not very likely though. It will most likely take years to get there, so be ready for the long haul.

2. I don’t think there is any record of anyone completely straightening their penis. Most likely, with steady work, the curve will improve.

3. It is normal for your penis to be exhausted after 2.5 hours of edging. Most likely that is overdoing it.

How long should these sessions take? I feel like they shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes and I am way overboarding it. Is it also normal that my penis has very low EQ the following 2 days after a session (2-2.5h?) I also do some additional exercises to fix my curvature which also might be also a factor.

Everybody’s potential is different, so no telling how much you can grow. But some guys have gained 2 full inches in length. 3/4s of an inch in girth is also doable. Both will take a pretty long while unless you are exceptionally fortunate.

I think the two biggest issues to deal with are determination and consistency. Generally speaking this is the thing most guys lack when it comes to reaching their original goals.

Determination to achieve your goals is paramount because you might have to try a few different techniques and possibly several program variations for at least a few months each in order to see what works. Most guys quit after a while with no or disappointing results while they could have taken it as data about what not to do and to help guide what else might work better. Generally you have to give a protocol a try for several months, which is kind of the minimum to see if it is working, and sometimes you gain nothing. If you are determined you change it up and keep trying.

Another bit along the determination line is that once the newbie gains end (which is different for everyone but inevitable) then you have to work harder and smarter for every incremental gain. This gets harder to do once you cross a certain size threshold. For most guys, once they reach 8+ inches (sometimes after years of work) the effort to get another half inch can feel less worthwhile, especially if you are getting feedback from partners about how big you already are.

Consistency is the other pitfall that prevents most guys from getting to their original goal. No matter what, gaining 1 inch or more in length and 1/2 inch or more in girth is a LONG journey. Months can go by with little or no gains. Sometimes you have to take a decon break to get the gains started again. Sometimes you need to take a break take one to get your head back in the game. The day-to-day grind loses its luster pretty quick, especially once the gains slow down. But if you want to get all the way there, you just have to log the miles and keep the faith.

Everybody is different. Part of the process is figuring out what works best for you and how to balance effort and EQ. Lots of trial and error can be a part of that and the balance can change over time. For example, most guys can handle more work over time as they get "conditioned," so what gave you poor EQ a few months ago might be easy to handle today. Or you might find you’re starting to overtrain and your EQ is suffering, so you back off or plan for the lower EQ days.

You might find that in order to make gains you have to do enough training that you end up spending some of the time with poor EQ, like the day after a session. Or you might find that the amount of work that gives you poor EQ is actually obstructing gains so you train less or with less intensity. It’s all about balancing goals, effort and functionality, and that is unique to each person

But there is always a feedback process that has to be paid attention to around PI’s and EQ. This is ongoing for all of us.
