Newbie gains vs permanent gains

Dear all

This is my second post. I started PE a few weeks ago, and whole new world has opened up to me. My veteran buddy did it for years, and often expresses his satisfaction at his wife’s adoration of his unit, and her daily attention to it. Obviously that has to do with her character too, but he regularly admits to me he used to have a complex and felt he had a “little boy’s dick”, but now he just loves his unit. He’s actually a bit full of himself.

Anyway, I shrugged it all off till a few weeks ago, till something made me look into it and start myself. How wonderful, the dawning realization that everything we have always assumed to be carved in stone is totally untrue - that the world is not an unjust place where for no rhyme or reason one man is gifted down there, and another lacking. I myself have always known I am average (I think) - 6.45 inches BPEL - but my flaccid size is often embarrassing to me. Since I have started jelqing and manual stretching every day, my unit just seems at its natural best, always filled out, always nice and floppy.

My friend disturbed me though on two counts though the other day. First, he said that one inevitably feels euphoria at the beginning, at the very realization that enlargement is actually possible, and that the matter is in one’s own hands; and at the initial newbie gains one sees almost at the outset. But he said that this euphoria fades quite fast when what seemed to be rapid growth turns out to be just the unit finding its natural optimum, after which actual growth comes very, very slowly - he reckons about a millimetre a month with consistent training.

He also said that though he stopped actively PE’ing years ago, he feels the need to do a few weeks every few months to “get back into shape” - he believes that if he doesn’t, he’ll slowly shrink back to his original size.

So three questions:

1. What exactly are newbie gains?
2. What is the difference between newbie gains and permanent gains?
3. Are permanent gains really, really permanent?

Newbie gains are improved election and blood flow. That’s a precursor to a healthy routine.

Lasting gains are when there’s been no PE for a month and when you measure your longer/thicker.

Gains are real and they are permanent in most cases.

Newbie gains are usually EQ, blood flow, and basic tissue stretch. Permanent gains are characterized by permanent tissue changes. These can be effected multiple ways and I won’t list them here. Please use the search bar.

I have done PE for 8 years. The gains have stuck around for me mostly.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

All my gains have been permanent. If I don’t count the post pump session expansion that I get for anywhere from two to twenty four hours after the session. Declining overall health or poor circulation resulting from poor diet or lack of exercise may cause some shrinking of your penis, but that will happen to guys even if they never did any PE. The best advice I have for you is to not worry about it.

Newbie gains will become permanent gains if you stick with a solid routine and dedicate an adequate amount of time.

I’d say an average of 1/8” girth and 1/8” length every quarter (3months) are what I find to be the average gains for me after newbie gains faded. But this is also from a hanging/clamping routine.

Deepwrath31 - After newbie gains faded? What do you mean faded?

Newbie gains are just improved EQ. Meaning a better quality erection will result in a bigger erection. It comes and goes as you go though your journey. When you had bad EQ because of too much stretching and stuff, and suddenly have great EQ, it will suddenly look like you have gained a lot in short while, but when measuring, you see it isn’t really that much. This is what newbie gains are. Those people saying they gained an inch in a month actually already had that inch, but their EQ was bad, but now that their EQ is good the full size comes out. Permanent gains are permanent, but there is also a use it lose it theory running around which means if you go years without sex and masturbation and you don’t get regular erections, your member will start to decline in size.

I wouldn’t really focus too much on all the theory’s, just start with the newbie routine and see for yourself. I’ve gained about 3 inches in 5 years, which is about 1 mm a month if you average it out. But there were breaks in between and if I’m honest, I could have been more dedicated. And I would have been way bigger by now if I was more dedicated.

I think that it also depends on your age. If you are older and have lost size over the years the newbie gains are the regaining of lost length which comes back at a much faster rate than if you are actually adding new size.

I’m a good example of newbie gains. If you look at my profile you can see I started at 5 inches and after a Session I decided to measure since it looked bigger almost reaching my belly button . I jumped the gun and imputed some measurements into my stats. I measured a day later after posting the stats ( measured on my day off from exercise) and I measured at about 5 3/16.

About half an inch shorter than what’s on my stats but still longer than when I first started.

Which brings up another question.

When is the correct time to do an official measurement of your unit? Can a senior guy please reply ? When do you measure for stats? After a Session or just any day ? I notice my unit is bigger after a Session of exercise.

Most of the gains are permanent. There is an elastic property to the tissues. In other words, a newbie starting up PE could reasonably expect to gain 0.2” x 0.1” just because of elasticity. And a veteran who stops PE might expect to lose 0.2” x 0.1” over the next year off just because of elasticity. But all the other gains are permanent. And that same veteran could expect to get the 0.2” x 0.1” back by resuming a simple maintenance program.

The 0.2” x 0.1” is just an example, it might be more or less for different guys. The point is that the majority of the gains are going to be permanent, and some small portion is not.

Taking regular decon breaks of 1-3 months makes it easy to see the fluctuations in elasticity - and that most of the gains are cemented.

I measure quarterly. The 2 days prior to measurement I do not hang or clamp which are source of gains. I merely do light jelqing to ensure the hardest natural erection and after 2 days of that I’ll walk in give my flaccid a couple yanks away from the body measure up flaccid length and girth sometimes bpfsl, and then throw on a porno reach maximum hardness and measure EL, then BPEL, and then MSEG. After that I cry in the corner for 5 minutes or jump for joy and then go into my workout routine.
