I have found PE few years ago, but my own inconsistency ale laziness has always stoped me from having any real results. It did, however, work on my EQ in such a drastic matter that it convinced me that it is indeed not a scam.

I started again as I have a new girlfriend now which is much more vaginal that the previous one and my EQ makes and huge difference for her experience. And also an extra inch would be incredibly nice.

I will start writing down my training sessions here and also measure a progress (if I ever find an consistent way of measuring)

I am starting really light because I have a tendency to go too hard too soon. I am also curently using vacum pump instead of jelqing as it is MUCH beter for my EQ and that is the first priority right now.
The session looks like this:
1. A 2 minute warmup using microwaved rice sock
2. Put on the pump, 1-2 minutes of progressively sucking out air followed by X minutes of just having it fully sucked out, and after that I slowly let the air back during 3 minutes.
3. Hand resistance kegels, I simply hold back the tugback by force of my hand which makes it much harder

I want to get to 10 minutes, then hold it there for a week or two, and then switch up my routine.

17.10.2015 - whole session (5 minutes at max , about 100 resistance kegels)
18.10.2015 - whole session (6 minutes at max , about 100 resistance kegels)

Put the ruler on top, make your dick straight and press as hard as you can against the bone. This is the bone pressed measurement.

For the circumference, take a tape and measure at least at the middle of your penis. I’d take a base girth measurement too.

If your tool curves a lot, I suggest you to take another measurement with a tape following your curve.

I have read about this (I think you guys call it BPEL) but I have two problems with that:
1. Having an erection or having a really hard erection is approximately 0,5 cm difference for me, which is a huge difference considering how long these gains take
2. Not as serious issue as the first but issue nevertheless, if I loose or gain fat, the measurement must get different results as the thickness of the fat pad would change. And I do gain and loose quite some fat during a year

Is there any more foolproof method of measurement?

So I just tried it anyway

BPEL : 17 cm (6,7 inch)
Girth : 13,5 cm (5,3 inch)

Another problem I just noticed, at the start of the ruller there is 6 mm of free space before the actual scale starts, so they are not included in the measurement.

EDIT: also the BPEL is always giving me different results, I don’t know why. I tried it again and got different results completely

The purpose of the BP measurement is to have a realistic result about the growth of your dick taking into consideration the possible fat pad variation.

It is the best way to measure your penis. Anyway the most important thing measuring progress is to measure the same way everytime you do it.

Also, make sure you measure with a super hard erection. I wouldn’t take measurement if I don’t feel my dick at its maximum potential, in both length and girth (I personally get bigger in both when I’m extremely hard).

Yes that’s the part I am struggling with. But I am sure I will find a reliable way soon or later

21.10.2015 - whole session (9 minutes at max , about 100 resistance kegels)
22.10.2015 - my EQ dropped so I took a day off, starting day OFF day ON routine
23.10.2015 - whole session (10 minutes at max , about 100 resistance kegels)

So a few days ago an HPV wart appeared on my thing so I am avoiding any manual stress until it will clear out. Until then I am just sticking with some light vacuuming to keep my EQ high.
