Telling if your are over/under training.
I am curious to know how one would know if he is over training or under training. I have looked up on here about the positive, neutral, and negative PI’s to reference my question, but I dont seem to have any negative or neutral PI’s. I ask this question b/c I have recently gone from 3 on one off to 5 on 1 off. I havent seen or noticed and difference in how my penis reacts to the extended work out, I dont go soft or feel sore the next day at all. Actually I get hard just at the thought of a sexual encounter or a sexy picture even.
I have seen some people say that its over training and its to much and the penis doesnt heal itself if you go so consecutively, but I usually do my sessions at the same time everyday which would leave my penis a full 24 hours to recover. Beside the actual time invested into the routines that is about the only thing I was able to scrape up as far as if someone was over/under training.
So my question is, are there some different signs I need to be looking out for basically?
