I am curious to know how one would know if he is over training or under training. I have looked up on here about the positive, neutral, and negative PI’s to reference my question, but I dont seem to have any negative or neutral PI’s. I ask this question b/c I have recently gone from 3 on one off to 5 on 1 off. I havent seen or noticed and difference in how my penis reacts to the extended work out, I dont go soft or feel sore the next day at all. Actually I get hard just at the thought of a sexual encounter or a sexy picture even.

I have seen some people say that its over training and its to much and the penis doesnt heal itself if you go so consecutively, but I usually do my sessions at the same time everyday which would leave my penis a full 24 hours to recover. Beside the actual time invested into the routines that is about the only thing I was able to scrape up as far as if someone was over/under training.

So my question is, are there some different signs I need to be looking out for basically?

I have over trained once. It was just harder to get a full 100% erection, I couldn’t go hard without manual stimulation, low libido and the penis looked kind of less “alive” when flaccid. Nothing hurt, the penis seemed to be okay with the routine, if not for the loss of libido I would have kept on going but that was a clear sign of over training. One week of rest and warm rice sock and everything went back to normal.
I personally find that more time left for healing means better gains. I am now trying a routine of 1 on 2 off. This works best with my girth exercises which I find require more healing time than regular exercises.

I consider under training if my penis is not pumped at all at the end of the training. I usually experience a 1-1,5 cm increase in length and 0,3-0,4 cm increase in girth. This is temporary and it goes away in like half an hour, but if the pump is not present i consider I under trained that day

I actually was thinking of switching my days on days off to the same as yours 1 on two off. I am going to start using a bathmate with my routine and a extender when I am not doing anything so maybe 5 days straight would be over kill for my penis. I have always followed a 2 on 1 off kinda schedule, but I have never seen results so I figured maybe my days just weren’t enough. I will keep that into consideration though.

Hey I noticed the same exact thing. Are you referring to the results done after the girth exercise has been complete. Like you actually get an increase in Girth after a good girth exercise, right ? Then after about some time, it goes away. That right there is a good PI ?

I believe it’s fluid build up, the same kind you get in the gym. I do believe over time you can make those gains permanent. I also get a temporary increase in length from stretching., not just from girth exercises

The temporary expansion in girth is fluid build up that one would hope will become permanent over time as I swell over 7” in girth after a good reverse jelq session.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
