PE does work and I would really like to see it work for you.
You are already putting in the time and effort, why not tilt the odds a bit more in your favour and add 5 minutes of stretching before your Jelq routine?

Nothing crazy but 5 minutes of some stretching may make a big difference in you being able to see some gains.

Thanks mike. Ive been contemplating manual stretches for a while now. I will definitely do them eventually but right now my dick is struggling to cope with 2 sessions a day, every day. I want to continue just doing jelqs up until i reach 30-35minutes and see where to go from there. That will be in 2-3 months time though so i have to be very patient until then.
I havent been able to log my last few days but as it stands im up to 21minutes of jelqing. At the end of this month i will do my first measurement for this log.

i made some errors last night when i was cock ring edging. Firstly, i wasnt feeling like it and i pushed on ahead anyway. If masturbating is becoming a chore then thats a definite red flag. Secondly, i edged sitting down instead of standing. I found it more arousing and i came so close to blowing but after i felt my erection immediately die and a couldnt continue the session. As of now i will try edging every two days max and continue edging standing so my erections standing are strong enough to last the whole jelq session.

If you are jelqing with an erection too hard to feel the blood moving threw your shaft and up to the glans, then it is called masterbating.

Your max erection has to be soft enough that you are able to feel the blood move and get expansion.
Seldom can this be done with more then a 3/4 erection max.

Not trying or meaning to be abrasive but the goal is to get a benefit out of each session.

Lots of people say to do jelqs with a strong erection. I can feel the difference between my dick when im masturbating and when im jelqing. When i jelq its a bit more of a pump

i dont like the idea of doing jelqs anymore with a high erection so to control my erection levels i might try ejaculating after every edging session (once every second day). As for doing edging every second day instead of every day i have noticed it has eased the burden on my dick a little bit

Hope you are still keeping up with this! I have had some moderate success with jelqing when I am masturbating less but am struggling for motivation.

so its been a while since i last updated this because ive been unable to continue my routine for the past almost month. i decide i need a solid decon break to let my mind and penis heal. im taking advantage of the time ive had off to rest since its probably jeopardised any little progress i could have made. when i come back in a few months in will come into it with new goals and a new mindset. length will be the aim so probably manual stretches and a little jelqing thrown in. problem is i have too much foreskin. when im flaccid it completely covers the head and if i try to pull it back no matter what it just slips back down. i dont know how i can do stretches when its doing this. maybe i’ll just have to forget about length and accept ill need to stick to girth stuff. since i stopped my routine i havent relapsed heavy on PMO. im masturbating much, much less than this time last year and also i cut down on porn. i will return in a few months to begin my last full effort at this. please feel free to leave me feedback and advice i appreciate the support.
