I have been fapping too much lately and started to relapse on my no porn so I will try cleaning up those habits. Had good morning wood today and also once last week but I forgot to write down.

Not even a month in and I’m struggling mentally to accept how long its going to take before I see any gains. I will keep up this routine for another two months minimum but the thought of coming to the end of it and making no progress is frightening. Thinking about doing PE for I.5 years with nothing to show is at the back of my mind 24/7 and eats at my sanity. At this point, my log isnt a documentation of success but rather a testimony to the effort I’ve put in that likely gets me jack shit.

On a different tone, I’m upping it to adding 1 minute per week for jelqing which I think I will start from tomorrow which puts me at 20minutes. Also I tried edging with my cock ring last night instead of kegels and normal edging. I had to lube up my dick and I went at it for 10mins and I enjoyed it. I will trial it for the next week and see if I want to continue this or if not I go back to regular edging.

I decided that rest days are being a detriment to my routine so from now on I’m upping it to doing PE every day, only taking rest days if I feel they’re needed. I want to do this because PE relaxes my anxiety and yesterday as you could probably tell I was having a mental breakdown. Stark difference in the quality of the workout. The morning session was actually at 2 in the afternoon lol so my night workout was about 8 hours later. My dick was pretty sore from all the masturbation last night but I managed to push through it and now I feel fine again. I have no idea how I manged to work up such a strong performance for tonight, my dick makes absolutely no sense at all. I found to get a real good workout I did slow, firm jelqs to start and within 4 minutes I was at 80-90%. Then I moved on to the 2-3 second strokes and I got that numb sensation again and I rode that out for the rest of the session. Its a really good sensation and right now an hour after my workout my dick feels plump and energetic. I’m also at 20min straight jelqing so next saturday I will add a minute on. Heres to hoping for more quality sessions in the future.

I can’t imagine doing 20 minutes of straight jelqing + twice a day + no rest days. That coupled with masturbating regularly sounds like you might be over doing it.

I am still learning a lot about this, but I have started to see some success with Jelqs. For me: Consistency > Warm up > Rest > Safe Intensity. With excessive masturbation having a detrimental effect.

It sounds like you are on the right track to figuring out what works for you, but “My dick was pretty sore from all the masturbation last night” is kinda scary notion, and “[pushing] through” cannot be good for gains, or penis health.

Hope we both see success in the upcoming months. How are you warming up for your sessions?

On the contrary, this morning I woke up with some pretty stiff morning wood. I enjoy jelqing so doing it twice a day is no problem. I don’t have the self control to stop masturbating so when I get sexual energy I pour it into my jelq sessions instead which is more productive. I warm up for roughly 5 minutes by doing that exercise where you rub your dick between your palms like your creating a fire with sticks plus some flaccid kegels and helicopter shakes.
