My progress

So I have been doing PE since november 2017 but I havent any recorded gains as of yet. I want to believe this whole thing is legit because thinking otherwise would be highly cynical. At the moment I’m currently only doing jelqs but I have tried manual stretching and hanging also but got no where. As it stands I am 5.5” (5.9 BPEL) and 5.4 in girth. Perhaps I have gained a little girth but with no solid evidence I won’t assume anything. Right now my schedule is 18min jelq in the morning and at night, every day except tuesday and friday. I keep it fairly erect at about 70% because low erection jelqs don’t do shit I feel. My objective is to gain anything I don’t care if its length or girth I just want proof and validation this works. Also doing jelqs because thats what I’m good at and enjoy. My targets at the moment are keeping a high EQ and staying consistent. Never really been consistent through my time doing this which could be where I’m falling short. To get my EQ up I’ve massively cut down on masturbating seeing as how my intensive routine takes a toll on the dick. I’m cutting down on porn also and eventually maybe try and cut it out all together. Also I’m doing kegels.

I’m giving this shit another 3 months so until then I’m not changing anything other than adding reps if I feel my dick can handle it. 3 months doing the same shit over again without changing or adding anything. I won’t measure at all during this time because that could fuck with my motivation but I should be able to observe changes with my eyes anyway.

I don’t know how often I’ll update this, maybe just report on my EQ and how the sessions overall were.

You have to a great mindset! You’re already listening to your penis. I gave it six months. I’m glad I didn’t get discouraged.

Last night I had a good work out - 7 EQ
This morning my EQ was shit so the workout was very flat and depressing - 4 EQ
Tonight had a perfect workout - 8 EQ

Disappointing when I have these shitty workouts but my hope is they all add up and if porn is the source of my erection issues then over time abstinence will sort it out. On the other hand, tonight was as perfect as they get. Managed an EQ of 8 roughly the whole session. I will pray to the PE gods that my sessions are this good every time.

Don’t get depressed about any current circumstance. Be excited about the future. If you continue to work on this, you will see gains, but you also have to get your mind in the right mood for it. Our bodies dont respond well to negativity, so be positive and make sure you take full advantage of each step along the way.

Poor EQ definitely will come from porn. Ive been porn free for a couple months and it has been great. It will clear your thoughts about the whole subject.

This morning inconsistent EQ but got pretty good the last couple minutes or so into the workout - average EQ of 6

So I ran into an issue. Theres this sore on my dick that started off as a pimple (how does one get pimples on their dick lol) but I guess because of jelqs and me pushing the blood some of it gets trapped under the skin and its leaving a brown/red bruise thats interfering with my workouts. This isnt something thats going to heal itself unless I take some time off jelqing but I still want to do something while its healing so I decided I’m going to dip my toes in clamping because girth work is fun and clamping shouldn’t interfere much with the sore. Yeah I know I’m not supposed to deviate from my routine but obviously I’m not left with a choice and this is only for probably a week at most then I can continue jelqs.

As for the routine I will probably do 3 x 10minute sessions in the morning and night with one of those metal cable clamps

Change things up. Try a semi erect tuck under stretch and hold for like 2 mins to work the ligs. really strongly. PE definitely works, of that there is no doubt. You have to change your approach. Like me, it seems Jelqing never worked for you. Since extreme workouts I have made enormous gains. Seeing growth is like rolling a massive boulder, it’s very difficult to get going- think about it, if it were that easy by the time you left school you and all your mates would have ten inch dicks. Please do not give ,up, just switch up and go from there. You may be trying too hard. Try taking a lot of zinc, it really helps.

Ok thank you for the words of wisdom. I think jelqing will work I just need to give it more effort and consistency. After a good jelq session my shaft feels firm (not hard) and the head gets quite engorged. I will dedicate the next at least 3 months to jelqs only and we will go from there. I’ve never felt more confident with any form of excercise in my time with PE.

So I had a big problem with the clamping. After I had clamped my first set I noticed the bandaid over my sore had turned black. I peeled off the bandaid and a lot of dark blood came out, a lot. The pressure of clamping caused the sore to burst and I had blood all down my groin, very nasty. It seems to have just been the sore and not a burst vain so all I did was clean it up and apply another bandaid. Pretty stupid of me to not foresee this so now I’m resorting to doing manual stretches while everything heals up.

Quick update:

I have done manual stretches recommended by Relaxo since thursday and its now sunday. I think the stretches could be effective and I’m working on my technique but I get no PIs from stretching so far. When I do the stretch properly I get a tearing/burning sensation above my groin, is this right? But my dick doesnt hang lower after my sessions no matter what :/

I want to get back into jelqing sooooo bad but I will wait probably until wednesday so I can start off fresh.

Today is tuesday and normally would be a rest day but alas I was sick on monday so I made that my rest day instead. I was feeling it so I’m back to doing jelqs again

At night it was better as usual - 6 EQ

To battle my erection issues I’m going to give erect kegels a go. 10min every night before I go to bed. Its a gamble I know but I feel like dedicated edging/erection work is what I’m lacking and can use. When my erections get stronger ill step up the intensity by making them towell raises. This could help me or this could backfire by making my erections even worse.

After tonights jelq workout opposed to my dick normally feeling droopy I was still horny and hard. Could swear my flaccid has been a little larger as of late or is it all in my head?

My EQ throughout the day has been insane. My dick has hardly been fully soft at all! When I was jelqing I was now having the problem of my dick staying too hard! From one extreme to another, I can’t catch a break. Need to drop down the erection to a 7 and maintain that for the whole duration before I consider adding more time.

Now that my EQ is better I’m trying to focus on keeping at the ideal level for the entire session duration. I think ideal is 60-70 anything higher and my dick feels too stiff.

Skipped erect kegels last night because my dick looked turtled.

Keep it up and maintain a positive mind frame, it works.

Consistent time under stress, smartly, will result in gains.
