Hi. I am new to this forum. I’m starting Linear newbie routine from today. As of today my penis length is 6 inches and circumference is 4.75 inch. I will update this thread every 2 weeks.

about that linear and other newbie routines; most guys here ramp up too quickly. if you’re getting great indicators like good morning wood and easy erections, harder erections, and maybe even increased size, then don’t increase your intensity or time under stress and such any further. Ride the wave until the gains disappear! Good luck!

I was thinking of doing linear routine for 2 months, but now I’ll stick it till I juice out every cm from this routine. Thanks for your advice!

I’m 3 years in and still do linear routine. Up to 200 jelqs. I just add things when the gains stop.

I’m kinda stuck right now, don’t have enough time to add more of a routine.

Hey nanishi - welcome aboard!

You’re on the right track. I’m still riding the gains wave a year after starting what is essentially the Newbie Routine (because of time constraints I just do my stretches (and prefer a V-stretch variant) thru the day instead of with my jelqing in the morning). One thing I’ve learned over the past year is that this is a marathon - not a sprint. While running that marathon I came to recognize that my mind & body occasionally need a complete break from this rather addictive hobby so I take deconditioning breaks from time to time. Anyway, best of luck to you!

Just an update. It’s been 9 day and I’m already seeing intangible results. My boner is really hard since starting the excercise and my dick feels heavier than before.
