Hello. I’m doing this as a way to track my progress if there’s any. I have seen many of you doing logs and I think this kinda motivates us to keep going.

I’m 6’3” tall and my weight is 170 lbs. As you can see I’m kinda tall and this is maybe why I feel as if my penis was extremely small - I have read that it’s at least average though.

I tried PE last year for about a month and saw no results. I stopped because I had a mild pain in that area but it wasn’t exactly because of jelqing or my penis, it was because I have varicocele.

I have some trouble measuring my penis but these are the most accurate measurements for me:

BPEL: 6.4-6.5 inches
NBPEL: 5.7-5.8 inches
MEG: 4.9 inches
BEG: 5.1 inches

Of course I would like to have a huge penis, like a 9x6 one but I know it’s quite unlikely to happen so my more realistic goal is a 7x5.3 penis.

I want to do only manual exercises and I don’t want to use extenders, pump or do any clamp. If this works I can consider it in the future.

I would also like you to know that I feel as a vein or so in the upper part of the shaft near the base. I felt it first when I had the mild pain and since then I had not done any PE for 5 months and it’s still there. It doesn’t hurt and it’s not visible. I’m not sure if it’s a vein but I don’t know if anyone else have felt something like this. I’m not sure either​ if it was there before I even started PE.

I want to start light so for the next two weeks I’m gonna do the next routine:

- 5 minutes warm up.
- one stretch to each side. (up, down, left, right and outwardsl). Each of 30 seconds.
- 30 jelqs.
- 5 minutes warm down.

This 4 times a week and if I can I’ll do 5. I don’t have too much time between work and university.

I’m not expecting any gains from this routine I just want to experiment and see how it goes.

Hey Jon, I’m still trying to get to where you began (in regard to your starting measurements!), but wish you success on your journey - great English by the way.

You caught my attention with your statement about trying PE before without success. I did the same on several different occasions although in hindsight, my lack of perseverance and consistency were the problem. It’s when I fully committed and added this vital piece that I began to see some modest progress towards my goal.

While I don’t have any pain associated with my veins, the exercises I do (which similarly are all manual) have caused the structure of my veins to unmistakeably change on the surface (which I’m sure is a reflection of changes that I can’t see inside my unit). I now jelq over top a prominent vein on my dick’s right side that just wasn’t there 4 months ago (which has caused no problem because the pressure I’m applying is not extreme nor constant to that one area).

Your caution is wise and will help you remain injury free which is important as this is a long-term game we’re playing. Just curious if your girlfriend knows what you’re up to with PE (my wife does not - it’s a stealth project so far), but if she does, what does she think?

Ok. Today I did my routine for the first time and I think it was OK.

I just had some trouble keeping the erection between what I think it’s 70%-80%.

@QuantumLeap She doesn’t know and I’m not planning to tell her unless I see some progress or she makes any comment about it. I don’t know if she considers it small but I know she likes it and I’m almost sure she would think I don’t need any change.

Understood and ultimately I’m hoping to make sex more pleasurable for my wife but now that I’ve had some clandestine success, it’s become part of the thrill for me to see if the she ever notices (and how ironic if she doesn’t since my quest was at least in part set off by her taking note of other men that are more well endowed than myself).

I didn’t have internet but I didn’t miss any day.

Day two and​ three I did the routine I mentioned​ above. It’s been kinda hard for me to keep the erection while jelqing and also to know where exactly is the erection at 70-80%.

Talking about PI’s I don’t feel anything different in my unit except that I feel a little bit uncomfortable in the glans after stretching.

Now I have two PE days off - I’ll try to find time so I can do an extra day.


I didn’t do the extra day but I did the two sessions I had scheduled.

For the PI’s I think they’re OK. Yesterday after the routine I saw some tiny red spots on the top right side of my glans but they disappeared after some hours. I also felt a little bit of pain in my glans yesterday but today everything’s OK.

I’m still fighting to know where it’s the perfect erection level and how to keep it while doing the jelqing routine.

BTW how do you know you did the routine well? I mean, when it’s working on you.

Today I did wrong and I masturbated and I measured. No changes in BPEL which is the only thing I measured.

I’m gonna try to avoid measuring and masturbating for two weeks when I finish the month.

Today I felt very good during the routine and I didn’t have so much trouble keeping the erection.

8th routine day:

It was the same routine as yesterday. Today I felt as yesterday, as if it’s getting easier to keep the erection while jelqing. Let’s see how things go.

I wonder what’s the best erection level to jelq.

9th routine day:

I’m still following the same routine of the last days. After finishing the routine I felt that I could have continued. Is this normal or this means I’m going too light?

10th and 11th routine days:
- 5 minutes warm up
- 30 seconds stretch to each side. Up, down, left, right and straight out.
- 60 dry jelqs.
- 10 - 15 minutes of edging with no ejaculation.
- 5 minutes warm down.

I think could have continued jelqing or stretching if I wanted to and that means that I didn’t feel my penis tired. I think this is a good PI’s because I think I did very well the routine. I have also been having my morning woods.

After yesterday’s session I had some tiny red spots at the top of my glans but I checked today and they have disappeared.

Today is a day off.
