Day 12:
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 30 seconds stretch to each side once.
- 60 dry jelqs.
- Warm down.

Yesterday happen something weird, when I stretched the penis some the red spots I mentioned before appeared again. I did the routine but I used a lighter grip. Keeping the erection yesterday was extremely easy and I think it was at the right level, maybe it was easy because I was with my girlfriend for a lot of time and kissed and stuff but didn’t have sex.

I don’t know if I should do he routine today because there still are some little red spots at the top of my glans. I had a normal morning wood and I have no pain, those are the only PIs I can tell you.

I’ll post later if I decide to do the routine today.

Red spots are nothing too drastic, but they are a warning sign. You may want to switch to wet jelqs, and at 50% erection level max.

New goal for 2019: 5+ inches girth

My length routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches a day. Yes, that's all.

12th routine day:
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 30 seconds stretch to each side once.
- 65 dry jelqs.
- 10-15 minutes edging.
- 5 minutes warm down.

My PIs have been neutral except maybe that it’s gotten a little easier to keep the erection while jelqing. I have always had good erections.

The “edging” I do is for pleasure and because​ I think this kind of helps to have a better blood flow after the session but to be honest it’s mostly for pleasure right now and I don’t get too close to the PONR. Do you think this is OK?

@hunglikeagerbil Yesterday I felt very good. When it was time to do the routine most of them had faded and when stretching or jelqing they didn’t reappeared. Of course I used a little lighter grip. Right now I have none of them. I don’t want to switch to wet jelqs because it would be harder to keep it secret - I live with my family - and besides I’m uncut so dry jelqs should not affect me that much. Right?

Fair enough. Was just a suggestion, but I get that in your situation dry jelqs would be more convenient.

As for edging, I don’t think there is a single negative thing to say about it.

I also advocate to switch to wet jelqs. Should give a little bit less pressure to the glans and kess red dots.

Maybe you think about chanhing the frequency and go for a 2 or 3 on versus 2 off rythm. The advantage is that you get more growth/healing days.

As far as I see it from the dustance the routine is quite solid, edging included. After the first four weeks you can maybr start a first increase and double the number of stretches, but keeping all other parameters as they are. Then after another 4 weeks you double the number of jelqs.

Like this, you have the possibikity of good, single-change based feedback from your dick. In case if negative PI’s, you just switch back to the last routine before the change and monitor if the PI’s get good again. This way, you may easily find your personal point of training optimumm.

I was thinking exactly the same about increasing just one parameter at once - in this case stretching after four weeks.

Right now I’m doing 2on/1off/2on/2off during the week because those are the days I’m free at work and I only have to go to the university which leaves me some time at home. 3on/2off or 2on/off sounds quite interesting and those are the ones that are the safest I think.

As you Richard and hunglikeagerbil say I’m gonna give it a try to wet jelqs after this week which is the last one of the first four.

Of course I would like to have a huge penis, like a 9x6 one but I know it’s quite unlikely to happen so my more realistic goal is a 7x5.3 penis.

I want to do only manual exercises and I don’t want to use extenders, pump or do any clamp. If this works I can consider it in the future.

Our starting sizes are, err, startlingly similar. That said, the goal you consider too unrealistic, unlikely to happen, is actually my “end game” goal. The reason I do consider it realistic is the progress I’ve made during the past few months.

Like I mentioned over in my thread in reply to you, if my current super-lazy lightweight routine doesn’t stop soon - and having read up about physiotherapy, why and how it works, I can’t currently see any reason why it would stop - I plan to get to 8” or 9” of erect length before switching to concentrate solely on girth work.

It’s good to have an immediate, easily achievable goal - but don’t rule out higher goals for the future. Remain agnostic, open minded, be consistent and just get on with it. You might be surprised how far you’ll get. :)

Day 14:

I didn’t exercise because I spent the afternoon with my girlfriend and had sex and I came home very late and I was extremely tired.

Day 15:

- 5 minutes warm up.
- 30 seconds stretch to each side once.
- 60 jelqs.
- 5 minutes warm down.

I have mixed feelings about my PIs today because it was a little bit hard for me to have a hard erection so it was also hard to keep a 70% erection level but I think this was due to yesterday’s activities with my girl, we had sex for a while, but after the routine my unit looked a little bit bigger for some time, I think this may have been just my mind playing tricks on me.

I’m gonna keep track of my PIs tomorrow.

This is a very good advice for many, if not all, of the aspects of life.

I’m not happy with today’s routine. It was OK with the stretching but when I wanted to jelq it was hard to get the erection but finally I managed to do it and then when it was time to edge I couldn’t get a rock hard erection as I’m used to and I also ejaculated when I didn’t want to. This was kinda frustrating.

After stretching I also found I had a purple spot on the top left side of my glans. This may be due to my stretching technique because I’m wrapping a towel around my penis and then I stretch it so I can have a better grip and it doesn’t slide.

Yesterday’s PIs were neutral and I had a morning erection today.

I hope tomorrow to be a better day. It’s frustrating because I think I was doing it well.

- 60 dry jelqs.
- 2 minutes warm down.

I couldn’t do it yesterday but I did it this morning and compared to the last one I can say this was a good one. I didn’t have any trouble getting the erection but it was a little bit hard to keep it at 70% while jelqing.

This one was the last day of the first four weeks, tomorrow I’m gonna measure but to be honest I don’t see so much change except that it’s a little more comfortable to stretch and it’s easier to keep the erection while jelqing than it was at the beginning. I’m taking measurements to​ see how I should change the routine for this four weeks to come.

Most days I have had my morning woods and some random erection through the day. Getting the erection​ has not been a problem except for the days I mentioned but I had some​ other things going through my brain at the time too so I could have been due to it.

Throw in some Kegel exercises and you’ll have an additional coat hanger for free all day.

OK so today I did some measuments and… there was no change, I’m not surprised because I have not been so long in the game and I’m also with a “light” routine. Well, it’s not exactly that there was no change but I think that I might not have had the best erection the first day.

My today measuments were:
BPEL: 6.6” (16.8 cm)
NBPEL: 5.8 (14.7-14.9 cm)
MSEG: 4.9 (12.5 cm)
BSEG: 5.1 (13 cm)
BPFSL: 6.8 (17.3 cm)

It must be noticed that these were the best or the highest measuments I got today and since it’s not such a big change it may be due to pushing harder the ruler than the first time or because I might have lost weight - I don’t know what’s my weight right now. I’m just writing them down to keep track.

This week to come I’m planning to add a 10 second stretch to each side and keep the rest as it is. I’m starting tomorrow.

@Richard65 It’s such a shame that where I live it’s hot because it would be very useful hahaha. I should add kegels it’s just that I’m a little bit lazy for them.

Considering this to be week 1 because the last month was mainly to experiment a bit and to get used to the routine - I know all the way of PE is experiment though. So here I go:

Week 1 Day 1 (07/06/2017):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 30 second stretches to each side once.
- 10 second stretches to each side once.
- 60 dry jelqs.

And then later I did a ‘mini’ routine:
- 5 minutes warm up.
- One 30 second stretch straight out.
- 20 dry jelqs.

Today I took some measurements before the routine and they were the same as yesterday, I still have the same opinion.

The routine today was OK. I had no problems with the stretching but I noticed something weird when I was stretching to the right side for the first time today, it felt like when you crack your fingers but a little lighter and in the left side of the base of the penis, I didn’t have any pain so I continued with the routine. jelqing was not so good, I think I have lost some EQ because if I compare it to the first two weeks it’s a little harder to keep the erection and to get it over 50% but I could do the routine. I couldn’t warm down because I was in a hurry and I had to go.

Because jelqing was not so good as I wanted I decided to do the ‘mini’ routine and even when I think jelqing was better this time it’s not how I want it to be. I also think I shouldn’t do it again for it can lead to an overtraining.

Today’s PE were OK. My morning wood was not at 100% but like at 70% but today I didn’t have any random erection through the day. My flaccid it’s been the same as ever but sometimes I feel it bigger but not a lot though.

Today was the routine day 18 since I re-started.

Week 1 day 2 (09/06/2017) (19 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- One 30 second stretch to each side.
- One 10 second stretch to each side.
- 60 dry jelqs.
- 5 minutes warm down.

I’m still in doubt if I’m doing the jelqs correctly because after I finish I feel as if could continue without​ trouble but I don’t do it as I don’t want to overwork it. I jelq with only one hand, I grip as close to the base as my hand allows me and then I move along the shaft to the top and finish right before glans and then repeat until I do the 60 jelqs. I do it this way because it’s comfortable but I don’t know if it’s ok and if I can get the same gains as when you do it with two hands.

Week 1 day 3 (10/06/2017) (20 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- One 30 second stretch to each side.
- One 10 second stretch to each side.
- 70 dry jelqs.
- 5 minutes warm down.

Today I did 70 jelqs because I felt like it but tomorrow I’m gonna stick with the same 60 jelqs. I have some good feelings of today and some not so good, I really felt my stretches today - it may be all in my mind - and also it was easier to keep the erection while jelqing, which I think was better than yesterday.

My penis after the jelqs is usually a little inflated for like 1 or 2 minutes, I think that’s​ the erection going down , but today when it was like that I applied heat with a hot pack and it was a little hotter than usual and my penis went flaccid because of it, after that I tried to get an erection again and I had no problem and so far I don’t​ feel anything weird except that I feel my penis kind of tired. I hope that won’t affect me. I’ll be a little more careful when applying heat.
