Week 4 day 1 (28/06/2017) (30 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 70 dry jelqs.

Week 4 day 2 (29/06/2017) (31 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 80 dry jelqs.
- 5 minutes warm down.

Week 4 day 3 (01/07/2017):
I couldn’t exercise because I was too tired and fell asleep.

Week 4 day 4 (02/07/2017) (32 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 80 dry jelqs.

This week’s routines were OK. The stretches are feeling easier to do and I don’t feel them as much as in the beginning. The jelqs have been more and less good, they’re harder to do correctly than I thought for me and because I do it with one hand and it gets very tired. I’d like some advice on this.

I was going to measure tomorrow but it doesn’t seem to be any change so I’m saving my time and frustration to the end of July. This month I will add some jelqs, from Wednesday I will be doing 120 jelqs for two week and then move to 150 jelqs until the end of July.

My PIs have been OK these weeks and I have had some morning woods but they may be related to my thoughts about my girlfriend in the morning.

From now on I will update once a week because this size issue is becoming an obsession for me and it depresses me a little bit.

So here I go with this week’s report:

Day 1 Week 5 (04/07/2017) (33 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 120 wet jelqs.

Observations:

Today I started doing wet jelqs alternating hands to see if I start having some real progress. I don’t think today was the best jelq session but it wasn’t the worst either. I’m getting used to doing wet jelqs alternating hands, it’s difficult because I’m not used don’t them with my right hand. Stretched feel the same as the last week, I don’t feel them that much even when I’m applying enough force I think.

Day 2 Week 5 (05/07/2017) (34 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 100 wet jelqs.

Observations:

I couldn’t do more than 100 jelqs, maybe my penis got tired. Doing them takes me around 10-12 minutes including the time when I have to stimulate myself to keep the erection. It’s not so easy for me to keep it while jelqing. Stretching were OK.

Day 3 Week 5 (06/07/2017) (35 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 120 wet jelqs.

Observations:

Not too much to say about today. I managed to do 120 wet jelqs today. It felt like a good session.

Day 4 Week 5 (08/07/2017) (36 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 120 wet jelqs.

Day 5 Week 5 (09/07/2017) (37 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 120 wet jelqs.

Observations:

These two days the stretching was OK but I felt I jelqed better on July 8th. My penis feels a little tired but I can have erections and sometimes I even have them without any kind of physical stimulation.

I hope to see at least very small gains at the end of this month.

- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 120 wet jelqs.

Week 6 Day 3 (15/07/2017) (40 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 120 wet jelqs.

Week 6 Day 4 (16/07/2017) (41 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 120 wet jelqs.

Observations:

My stretching as I have been saying lately are not felt as much as in the beginning even when I think I’m applying the same force but my penis does feel a little tired after them.

Jelqing was better than last week. I’m improving on this I think my penis feels a little tired after it and I get no red spots, what I do get is the top of my glans like a little purple.

Erections this week have been good. I’ve been working on my mindset and I think it’s mostly related to this but it may also be related to the posible improvement on the below technique.

Next week I’m adding some other 30 jelqs so the total amount of jelqs will be 150 and I’ll stick with it for two weeks. I really hope to see at least a gain of 0.1” because I want this to work for me as it seems to have worked for others.

PS: I forgot to mention I did a set of 30 second stretches to each side on Friday which was a free day.

I think you are doing fine. However doing stretches on rest day is not a good idea. Your unit needs sufficient rest for growth!!

I have to be honest and say that I have not included them yet in my routine. I promised to myself to add them this week because these last days I’ve been having good morning erections and I want to keep them.

What I’m not sure is if I should do them on rest days or in the session days. I would like to know which one is more effective.

Actually I’m looking at Kegels to be a training which is pretty independent of any other PE training. I tend to do it in small portions but nearly every day. Have not noticed an impact other than better edging control and higher EQ regarding PE topics.

Observations:

This was not the best PE week for me since day 1 because I missed it and I had to start it the next day, there were also two days in which I couldn’t jelq, one day was because I masturbated a lot in the morning and I had trouble getting the erection to jelq and the other was because I scratched so hard my penis that I got part of my skin irritated.

The positive of this week is that I started kegeling and I hope this to have a good impact on my EQ, I also feel I did a good jelqing session in the two both days I could do it and the stretching was as good as it has been during this month, I don’t feel them that much but I think I’m stretching with enough force, to be honest I apply a lot of it.

I hope this week to be better. I have to measure at the end of this week and I don’t feel nor see any change.

Hello Jon!

I know that we all are here in thunder because we want a bigger cock, and like everybody else we want fast results in short time. The truth is that with PE we gain more than inches in our dicks. We gain compromise and discipline that applied to other areas of our lives can help us to achieve more important deeds. I want you to understand that even if you don’t see any gains, you are already a winner!!!

I couldn’t wait until Monday and I measured today, everything is still the same. It’s kinda frustrating but I can do nothing for it. I will finish this week to take a week off and to plan how I should change the routine.

This makes me feel as if this will not work for me because I have seen no changes since I started. I know my routines has not been the hardest but I would have been OK with an increase of 1mm or 0.05” in any department.

I’ll be posting my weekly report and measuring again on Monday just to do as planned.

Just a thought: do you think that by measuring that much you make better choices?

I honestly think you are just rising much mental pressure. And thiss leads in my humble opinion to hasty and unnecessary choices in routine modifications.

You’re right, there’s no point in measuring on Monday if the likelihood is that it’ll be the same measurements. It’s just I had the hope to see even a small change.

I will stick to do it monthly so next measurements will be at the end of August or at the beginning of September.

Observations:

The stretches felt as usual, I’m applying as much force as I can with no pain and without my penis slipping away. The jelqs were better this week but I’m still struggling with keeping the erection, I hope this week off PE helps me with that, and I also have some doubts about my technique but well.

I’m not happy at all with the results since they were zero but I’m happy with myself for sticking with this despite of that.

My plan is to restart my counter to zero and to change the amount of jelqs of my routine to 200 jelqs so as it’s the same as the newbie routine.

I’ll keep with the kegels during this week and I may edge.

I wanted to add this in the last post but I couldn’t because of the 10 minutes rule.

After this week I will do the following routine:

- 5 minutes warm up. (4 times a week).
- 2 sets of 30-second-stretches to the 5 points: Straight, right, left, down and up. (4 times a week).
- 200 wet jelqs. (4 times a week).
- 50 kegels held for 5 seconds each one. (4 times a week).
- 15 minutes edging, if possible I’ll add more time. (1-2 times a week)
- Ejaculate once a week.

I’d like to know your thoughts about this.
