Meet My Goal - 7x5

Just want to get my commitment and progress down to help follow through with my routine. Work has made me fall short in the past. I work a rotational schedule where I’m home for a few weeks and travel out of town for a few weeks. At home, PE is easy, kids are at school, wife is at work. But while at work, since I work long hours, time is always an issue. But my new thinking is it doesn’t have to be a grand program while at work. Heat, stretch, Jelq, clamp. Almost like a forced decon where I’m doing mild exercises while giving it time off from pumping while at home. (Not intensive clamping, more focused on heat and stretching - length)

Right now I am at roughly BPEL 6.5” and EG 4.5”
In the past my stats were a little greater when I was doing PE consistently. Pumping has been helping with better girth in the bedroom. My “test” for myself during sex to see if it’s a good girth day is wrapping my index and thumb fingers around mid-shaft and seeing where they meet. I done it quite a bit over the years to know what’s normal. Lately with the introduction of pumping, it’s definitely thicker. But I can only do it during sex, on my own if I try to get a measurement, I can’t get it that hard to measure. (I don’t watch porn to help with hardness). I don’t plan on measuring for awhile, maybe August when I get back home for a normal time off. But I can log a weekly progress just to update on keeping up with program while at work, EQ and if I reach one of my goals. The 7x5 immediate goal is a modest first goal. I am almost to this spot in my wife that drives her crazy when I reach it inside her, maybe just a 1/4-1/2” inch more would get me there, I like being able to put all of it in her. I don’t want to get to the point where it hurts her. With Girth, I would be happy with the 5” goal, but also wouldn’t mind more. Based on your current stats, your next immediate goal of 7x5 should be a piece of cake if you train correctly and use the right equipment…. especially in girth. There’s absolutely no reason why shouldn’t be able to get 6” in erect girth.

Two days into my work rotation schedule. Able to complete 2 sessions. Trying to keep it simple. Focus on stretching. I never really gave it a good chance before. I was always more focused on Jelqing and clamping. Sometimes skipping stretching altogether.

I’m wondering if I should stretch almost everyday. An idea would be of course doing it during my normal routine where I have reached 7 minutes of stretching during hot shower after work. My current schedule is PE two days and off for 1-2 days. But since I shower everyday after work (have to in my line of work) I can throw in 4-5 max minutes on off days. While continuing to increase time stretching per routine on ON days.

Still aiming to measure end of next month. Unless I notice that it obviously looks longer / bigger then maybe curiousity will get the best of me.

Obviously everyone has demands on time…. work, family, hobbies / recreation. I have always recommended a 5 day routine. Three days on, one off, two one, one off, and “off” days doesn’t mean you do nothing. Off days are where you work on erection quality. Meaning do whatever it takes to achieve an erection and maintain it for 15-20 minutes, follow with a semi-erect jelq session for 5-10 minutes. The more stretching via hand or weight you can incorporate into your routine the better. As you progress from where you currently are try work up to the five day routine and intensity will also ramp up.

When you do the clamp work, I’ve found that three five minute sessions with double clamps works best for me. In between the five minute sets do aggressive hand stretches.

Thanks for the tips. Yeah I think I will do what I can. The EQ tips makes a lot of sense, would hate to have a day fully flaccid.

When I am home for a few weeks, I can amp up my routine as well to a 5on 2off, falls into the schedule of my wife at work and more privacy. Maybe sometime I will not hide it.

I’m not Dr. Phil, but if you have to “hide” your PE exercising from your wife you need to come clean and be honest with her. I can assure you I’ve heard every reason for why men want to increase their penis size along with every excuse from wives why it’s not necessary. If you’d like some ways to broach the subject with your wife you can PM me.
Being honest will not only strengthen your marital relationship, but will also clear your conscious and liberate you to train with no guilt or anxiety, which believe it or not translates into better gains sooner!

LGHanger, I don’t really mind her knowing at all and probably will tell her sooner than later. I just prefer privacy as I’m actually doing the exercises. When she’s at work, I don’t have to worry about being disturbed. I used to wake up at 5am just to do PE before everyone got up, but that was when I worked locally to home.

You can reach your goal, keep going patiently.

If you can keep your PE under the radar from her do so for now.The reason is that when she feels the more volume of your penis after growth and asks what’s happening you tell her she makes you that hard and big.She will love that.

As far as stimulating her anterior and posterior fornix, that extra length will get you in there well.

Longer, thicker, tighter, deeper

Almost done with this work hitch (2 weeks) and so far I’ve managed to PE seven days out of 10. Looking to get to 11/14 days of PE before I leave.

I’ve already mentioned, that while at work has been the hardest to remain constant doing this program. But so far so good. Got a solid few weeks before coming to work and now almost two weeks at work.

A couple days where I had to switch it up due to time constraints. I think a day where I skipped jelqing, but increased stretching time and clamping time. There was also a day I decreased stretching and increased jelqing. For different reasons, have to adjust.

One last thing I wanted to mention was how I had some good effects using citrulline my last time off. Over a decade and a half with the wife, excitement can die down sometimes and erections not so strong. I think I took 3-4 grams of it in the morning and then for the first time, another 3-4 grams in the evening. That night my erection was amazing. Unfortunately, my wife was a little sore from earlier sessions in the week. Anyway, looking forward to experimenting more to see if I can get continued effects. Also maybe finding some good Horny Goat Weed. I’ve tried it before, but I look at cost effectiveness and being able to budget it long term.

So back home from work. At work, mainly stretching, jelqing and clamping. At home, stretching and pumping. Starting with 10minutes - session of both stretching and pumping. I am newer to pumping, I have a pump that works, but will get a new one next month when I am actually off work for a normal time off (my time off is short this rotation off)

I wanted to measure today, but find it hard to stay erect and measure girth. Length, I can get a good estimate by the pump cylinder for BPEL.

I managed a weak erect girth measurement of 4.5” - which to me means that at strong erect I may be closer to 4.6”- 4.75” girth at mid-shaft. Starting girth was at 4.5”

Couldn’t get a good NBPEL - I know that it’s about 6” showing. But with the pump cylinder, measuring that, I was at 6.75” BPEL - I need to find a way to get a strong erection to measure without the pump. My goal is to show 7” so that means I should actually reset my goal to 7.5” BPEL x 5” MSEG

Sex was great after not seeing my wife for 2 weeks, felt bigger inside her for sure. Was feeling more. I can’t take all credit for that, I pumped for 10minutes before sex, she was home from lunch break so I took time to get ready for her before she got here.

Back at work and still staying consistent.
I stretch In the shower. At 10 minutes doing that. I might work up to 12-14, but with time always seemingly being an issue, don’t want to let my ‘at work’ program get too long in duration.

Today I skipped jelqing and went right into clamping with heat. I’ve worked up to 15 minutes. A question someone might be able to answer for me is should I just go the whole 15 minutes in one stretch? Or break it up. I did it all at once and it seemed fine. As I get closer to 20 minutes I will for sure break it into two 10 minute sessions.

Three weeks here at work and three weeks home. When I’m done with this rotation, I will measure.

I’m amazed. I just got my pump in. Levuv pump set up with right cyclinder size, gauge and I knew to add in the sleeves so got that too. Took it for a quick spin right away, just to see how easy it was. It went right on and held good. Easy to build pressure. (I’m glad to know that the pressure felt about the same as I was using without a gauge on my old pump). I even marked my first notch, which I believe I will go past when I actually do my regular routine and be all stretched and warmed up. I only put it on for 2 minutes, carefully went to 5g, marked and went back down.

Today I am 6.5” in the tube @ 5g

Girth, I’m still unsure, I clamped last session and measured and was at 4.75 clamped. I got another weak non-clamped and was about 4.5. I cant wait to actually be 4.75” MSEG and more. I have good erections when actually with my wife in bed. Just on my own, I have a hard time. I get erections at night all the time, and during the day.

Another new development is that I wasn’t planning on pumping at work. By work I mean my rotation in a remote area living in a hotel / camp - different town. But i have my own room and privacy so why not. After work I can get in my routine. Ordered my pump and it came in today. For me, and the time I have available (not much) I think this is going to be he best option of PE for me here. I’m really happy with ebay/leluv too. Ordered only on Saturday and got here yesterday and to my hotel today. If you knew where I am at, you be amazed. I plan to buy another sent to my home because I’m not going to go through TSA with my new pump. Haha.

I’ve been on a number of trips to doctors who do penile lengthening and girth procedures, where I’ve taken the entire LG Hanger system with me to show and demonstrate. Just check your bag and don’t try and put your pump cylinder in a carry on and you’ll be fine.

Thanks. Yeah I wouldn’t have a problem with it if I didn’t works and eat with the TSA agents. Lol. Small area. Everyone works together. We are not same company, share common eating and living areas. Just feel weird having them go through my bags and then seeing them at the food court.
