I think that when I first started this journey many years ago, I was around 4.25 EG as well. My length was decent, but over the years I have gained more weight around my belly area and now I lost about 1/2” because of that. I show a little less than 6” currently, but have 7” length. Im athletic too so not overweight.

Anyway, I’ve mostly done manuals over the years and some extending but everything not consistent. I got consistent for awhile in 2018 with the newbie program. Maybe did if for 5 months on a good schedule and then not so consistent but still ongoing. I don’t think enough to gain, but enough to stay conditioned and not lose anything. Somewhere along the line I got to 4.5 EG and hoping to hit that 4.75 EG next. I’m convinced I’m there already when at 100% EQ.

I wish that I stayed consistent this whole time. I wonder where I would be now. That motivated me to keep going. I want to get to 7.5” BPEL x 4.875 EG as my next immediate goal.

Still going strong

It been three months of consistent PE. 6 weeks of pumping. I notice some measurable gains. I’ve been doing 30 minutes in the pump mainly.

My next official measure won’t be for another 3 weeks.

One thing that I noticed because I didn’t have a good heat method where I’m at, so I was pumping with none. Warm up in shower and try to use warm washcloth, but not greatly effective. Anyway, since I wasn’t as warmed up as I normally would be like when I’m at home using a heat lamp, my expansion was different. In the tube, I was longer but not as fat. I reached 7-1/4” but could tell there was more space between the cylinder walls and myself.

I found a heat blanket type thing and decided to wrap it around the cylinder. I wasn’t expecting much but it turned out to work great. This is when I noticed that with heat, I didn’t expand as long, but expanded more girth wise. I was only able to hit 7” in the tube, but was quite fuller and fatter.

Just an interesting observation.

One more thing. During my last session, I was reading on pumping and clamping. I decided to try it. So I pumped for 15 minutes and then hand clamped for 5. I did this twice and both times my dick was huge. I wish I had some way to measure because I’ve never seen It that big before. Girth wise at least. I’m taking today off, but maybe I will do a short 10 pump and 5 clamp to get an idea of what I’m getting to. Be nice to see 5” - even if it’s temporary.

I measured today and see some actual good progress.

So I started out years ago at 4.25 EG. Somewhere along the line of doing inconsistent PE, I got to 4.5” EG.

Starting this summer three months ago, I was at 4.5” and remember never seeing more than 4.75” when I used to clamp. (Measurement clamped)

Get a couple measurements while clamped and I had above 5” expansion for EG! Never seen that before and I take that as progress. So after my session, did another few measurements without clamped and was at 4.75” which is great too. I’m seeing good numbers and motivated. I know it’s expansion and temp gains,
But I’m sure there’s actual growth there under it.
