I read somewhere that doing a kegel while deadlifting can allow you to shoot projectile loads. They were not kidding. I went from a dribbler to shooting over a foot after 2 gym sessions.

I doubt anybody reads my log… but this tidbit is a gem for the dribblers out there.

But I do not want to have to go to the gym and hit the weights! I’ve never really lifted…

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

If you stretch (toe touches) you could kegel on the way up. I imagine the results would be less dramatic. Body deadlift kegels might be a thing.

You kegel on the wait up, during the holding of the weight or letting it down?

I kegel on the way up when I am roughly at a 90 degree angle bent at the waist. I hold it until I’m fully standing and release.

I asked this previously in the thread I think you are referring to. The OP of that thread mentioned that the weight doesn’t matter, but the motion does. Kegel while you lift your body upwards. I had a small injury just after that (bad back), so I forgot to test it, but I may do so very soon. I do love pulling out and decorating my lady all the way to her face ofc.

Still low after packing on lots of muscle.

This shit is confusing. I will get it tested again when I see abs or beginning of next year.

Added onto my light routine.

Got a new leluv cylinder. 1.75x9

I’m basically packing the base.

Hit 6 5/8 in the pump at -5hg

Sustained 6.5in

2x 5min sets

For the first month + I’m only gonna pump on gym days.

Along with 50-100 Jelqs and various stretches.

Back down to my before Christmas weight of 183lbs

That’s a loss of 65+ lbs in less than 2 years

Lightweight deadlifting (no more than 100lbs) is a core exercise for me, along with kettlebells. I’m gonna add kegels into the routine. Never thought about this. Might even try it while doing ab work. The internal pressure in your gut, your core pressure, might be the key to enhancing kegels — which are hard muscles to attack directly. I imagine a week or two would be all you need to see results, too, so very believable.

Very interesting tidbit about the deadlift kegels. Will try that. Maybe reverse kegels(ischiocavernosus muscle) are possible to do on the way down..? I would fear to shit my shorts though lol.

Could it be you have low testosterone cause its all used in the muscles? I heard several times that blood levels of elements dont always tell the whole truth.

I’m not sure about that. I do find it hard to believe that I’m able to put as much muscle on as I have and still post a lower T number then before. Especially now that I no longer need cialis to get and stay hard.

Getting a little discouraged.

Still sitting at 6.75 BPEL and 6NBPEL. Still struggling with dysmorphia. I look at other pictures of guys my size on here and swear I look smaller.

I suppose the ruler doesn’t lie. Sometimes I wish I could accept myself for who I am. I need to do it. I look at my muscle gains, my penis gains, my weight loss, and it never feels like enough.
