Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Bad EQ, couldn’t get it up at all for round 2.

I pumped yesterday and it killed my refractory time.

Those are some serious gains man! Well done! Also, kudos on the weight loss!

Sounds like Rahman810 is a macro’s advocate, which is a great way to get in to a proper eating routine. The whole calorie and deficit/surplus side of things can be a bit daunting to get in to at first. Personally I’m an old school 6 meals a day chicken and rice kind of guy. The best tag line is that “abs are made in the kitchen” basically just meaning that if you don’t fuel you’re body correctly no amount of exercise will counteract that.

Anyways, just mostly wanted to say congratulations on the achievements, both in PE and weight loss!


Starting stats August 2016: 16cm BPEL and 11.5cm EG Goal: 19cm BPEL and 14cm EG

Returned after 8 years on Jan 7 2024: 17.5cm BPEL and EG - 12.5cm still same goals!

Thank you. I’m still working on figuring it all out. Trying to be the best me I can be.

Day 2 of my dick being less than 100% after only 25mins of pumping.

Got a slight chub doing my driving kegels… but I’m still feeling disconnected from my dick.

On a break until Monday. Restarting the linear routine. I’m going to faithfully stick to that for 3 months and reevaluate my strategy.

So far my achievements are 1.25in in length

1/2 in girth

No longer dependent on supplements or cialis for erections

Lost 62lbs and packed on some muscle

Not too bad in less then a year!

That’s freaking incredible!

I gained 1.3” length and .75” girth in 18 months. You’re pushing up on that in around half the time. That’s good gaining!

But…don’t get discouraged. It ain’t likely to keep at that pace. That’s just how PE is.

I won’t feel discouraged. I’m feeling big for the first time in my life. Only gonna stay big or get bigger from here.
It will be interesting to see if I can gain from the linear routine in the next 3 months.

Woke up with morning wood, love when that happens. Always a sign of recovery.

I realized that I have been sucking in my gut for my entire life. I guess now that I don’t have much of a guy I can release the tension.

Wonder what kind of effect that had had on my cortisol levels.

Restarted Linear, on a 2 on 1 off schedule.

My Break produced a gain.

Finally at 6in NBPEL

Like I said, just take it easy. I promise that it is easier than it looks if you don’t stress or think too hard.

That’s the plan TG. I am really interested in seeing if a routine this light will actually produce a gain. End of January I will re-evaluate.

I went against my word and attempted pumping again. Did an extra warm up and shorter duration. 2 5min sets. Hit 16cm in the tube.

Had no negative pi’s this time.

Went for blood work to do a follow up hormone check. I’m hoping to see some good numbers now that I am down to 20-25% body fat.

My NBPEL is looking larger too. Smaller fat pad most likely.
