Lost Cause - Progress and Self Motivation
I’m creating this thread primarily to try to force me to be more accountable in my commitment to PE. This initial post will cover my PE history, and I’ll try to log my daily work. Comments are always welcome. All length measurements are BPEL. I take my measurements in mm, so I’ll show both the original measure and the inch conversion.

May 2012 is the earliest recorded measurement I could find, and it also matches the date that I signed up on Thunders Place. I know that I lurked for at least a couple of months, and probably at least tried some basic PE stuff in that time. I also don’t know how accurate that measure is with regard to consistency of measuring between then and now. I had measured over 7” at some point last summer, but I think now I was being a little too generous in pressing against my bone. I will say that my initial impression of my penis was that I was thin and it certainly feels much thicker now. That being said, I can say with some certainty that I gained some girth. I feel like I haven’t actually gained length, but the girth gain may have disguised that a bit.

My original reason for trying PE was that I am a grower and had major insecurity issues about it. I’m not as concerned with flaccid size now, but I still occasionally have turtle issues to the point that it looks like I have a mini boner. Switching from boxers to relatively tight fitting briefs has greatly reduced the frequency of this occurring (mainly only at the gym now).
I have been on and off of routines many times, so consistency has been my biggest issue. I have recorded measurements from May 2012 to August 2012, and February 2013 to July 2013. I did some PE between then and now, but nothing for any more than a couple of weeks and I didn’t record any measurements in that time. Most of my work has been using the newbie routine. I found out early on that I have issues with keeping my erection down during the workouts. This has ultimately limited my ability to do stretching (I get erect after a couple of minutes). I am reluctant to move into erect stretches, but would be willing to give it a go if I can get through the newbie routine. Also, this means that I am typically in the 80%+ erection range during my jelqing. I’ve gotten used to it, and it’s actually a somewhat enjoyable feeling.
Aside from the newbie routine, the only other things I’ve really tried are fowfers, squeezes, and clamping. Now, here is the interesting thing. The period of minimal consistency in routine is where I gained most of my girth. This is the same period that I tried this alternate techniques. With regard to the squeezes, I’ve actually incorporated them in a sense to my normal masturbation. That being said, I’m not certain what to actually attribute my girth gains to. I’m currently leaning towards it being a mix of the fowfers and squeezes during masturbation. I’d like to experiment a bit to find out, but I may also just do a little bit of everything. If I get girth gains doing everything, that’s fine be me.
—- PE Routine Plan —-
I’m restarting on the newbie routine. To start, I’m going to avoid clamping and squeezes. I will continue to do fowfers for warm up and cooldown. After the 6 weeks of newbie routine are through, I’ll make revisions depending on the results. If the girth gains are not there, I’ll add squeezes and push back to heavier fowfer use (multiple hours per day and/or overnight). If the length gains are not there, I’ll perhaps try JAI stretching.
—- Stealth for Men —-
I’ve purchased several, with the original intent being to prevent turtling. It does succeed in that purpose, but it is way too noticeable when being worn for my liking. I doubt that it alone would contribute to PE gains in any way. My most recent use for them was in conjunction with overnight bed fowfers. When wearing one, I have a much easier time keeping my penis stretched between my legs overnight without it slipping out. If I incorporate heavier fowfer use, I’d probably use the Stealth for the same purpose. One major issue I had with the Stealth was the strap that goes around the testicles. I have a thick attachment point where my scrotum attaches, so my testicles would often slip through. This was extremely uncomfortable, and required frequent adjusting and care to prevent pain. I’ve since gotten versions without the band, which are much more comfortable. Lastly, sizing is a major issue, and I had to place three orders to actually find the size that fit me well.
—- PE Hypnosis and Subliminal Messages —-
Aside from typical exercises, I’ve been trying other things like enlargement hypnosis, subliminal messages, and binaural beats. I’ll probably continue to do these for a while, though don’t really expect much of anything to come from it. At the very least, it puts me in a more optimistic frame of mind with regard to penis growth being attainable.
