Lost Cause - Progress and Self Motivation

I am cutting back on the jelq volume, and just keeping to a smaller number of high erection jelqs. 100 may be too few, so I’ll probably go for 140-160 next time and work my way up to 200. My focus is on length primarily, and the erect jelqs are what really causes me to show a much plumper flaccid for quite some time after finishing my routine.

Busy weekend, missed a couple of sessions. Should be back on track now.

I guess at this point I’m pretty removed from the newbie routine. I find that basic stretches just don’t do enough for me. I really felt the stretch and felt like it was hanging a little lower after my BTC stretches for today’s session. I find the fully erect jelqs to be quite a bit more enjoyable than normal jelqs. I kegel every 5 jelqs to really push my penis to maximum thickness. The result is a nice, thick flaccid at the end of my session. That is the type of encouragement I need. It’s hard to see the long term change, but having my penis in an inflated state makes me feel like my there will be results from my work.

I went for a bit higher intensity on the stretches, and was pulling harder than I have been. I used Fresh Balls to help with the grip. I was really feeling the pull in the ligament by the end.

I have been varying the number of jelqs between resting. The smaller groupings help me to keep it as hard as possible for my erect jelqs, but too small a group seems like I’m not accomplishing anything. Today I went with 10 groups of 20 jelqs to make 200, and that felt pretty good. So I’ll try sticking to that for now.

Nice workout. Alot of people on here think they can just jelq like 50 times and gain ha, do you add reps?

I’m probably going to stay at 200 jelqs for a while. I’m really trying to max out my erection level on each jelq, and that is difficult to manage even over a 200 jelq session. I like to attribute most of my gains to the higher intensity exercises, so I want to push the intensity before adding more volume.

The stretching I will certainly be adding to. I want to work up to 20 sets of 15 BTC JAI stretches. Then I’ll look into adding another type of stretch.

No changes to the routine. I did a better job with maxing my EQ during the jelqing. My erection has been fading a bit towards the end of my workout, but I managed to focus well and keep near 100% today.

Tried out V-stretches today. I’ll try to increase the duration on them for tomorrow’s session. Also upped the JAI stretch reps.

Increased the number of sets instead of the duration on the V-stretches. I was feeling a very good stretch in my ligs throughout the JAI stretches. I was able to really focus on my erection through all of my jelqing reps and stayed near max hardness throughout. In all, another good session.

I was feeling a bit sore by the end of the stretches. I’m probably going to stick with my current volume for a while and see how that goes. If my EQ drops, I’ll cut back on the stretching a bit.

Forgot to post this, because it was a bit of a strange session. There was a thunderstorm going on outside. I’m not particularly worried about lightning, but some of the louder thunder caused me to jump a little several times. As a result, I had a hard time staying at full erection for the jelqing. I was having to do more in between my groups of 20 to try to get back to a full erection. In the end, I couldn’t manage to make it all the way to 200 jelqs due to the feeling I would cum if I continued any longer.

Upped the stretch volume again today. I lowered the intensity on the JAI stretches a bit. Still gave my penis a good tug, but didn’t pull it as hard as I could. This is probably a more appropriate intensity going forward anyway, especially as I continue to increase the volume.

Looking forward to a good week of work to prepare for my next measurement this coming weekend.

I’m pretty comfortable with the intensity of my workout. I’ll move up to 20 and 20 on the stretches and maybe a longer jelq session or two for one last push before the next measurement.

This is actually the 6th week since I’ve returned to PE. I’ll take next week off regardless of my measurements. If the measurements are good (no gain is fine, losses are bad), I’ll try moving into something like 3 weeks on and 1 week off without changing the routine for the entire duration.
