Returning after my break, which started a little sooner than I had planned. No major gains, but I’m happy with the results as long as they are break even or better. Hoping for another positive month.

My flaccid was hanging well all day today, and my EQ was great during my session.

I plan to repeat this workout for Wednesday, and then up it to 20x15 stretches and 300 jelqs for Thursday’s session. I then plan to keep it at that volume for at least 3-4 weeks. I’ll reevaluate and consider another break at that point.

Went for new max reps on both stretches and jelqs today instead of waiting for tomorrow, and it felt great. Very solid EQ throughout the jelqing, even with the extra reps. I’ll see how I’m feeling tomorrow, but may go for 25x15 stretches and 400 jelqs.

I missed my session Thursday due to getting home very late.

The stretches all felt good. I figured 25 would be my limit, but I may try for more. I’ll repeat 25 tomorrow and then consider 30+ for Wednesday.

I pushed for 400 erect jelqs, but I was unable to keep full erection throughout. My post-workout flaccid is nice and plump, however. I’ll see how I’m feeling tomorrow, and may stop at 200 or 300 jelqs if my EQ is lower than I’d like.

Overall a good session. The stretching is absolutely no problem at all. I feel like I should probably try to add something else, but I won’t make any more changes until after I measure next month. I felt very good EQ through 200 erect jelqs. I could have probably pushed myself to 300 or 400, but decided to stop while I was still comfortable. I’m content with my girth, so there is no need to push it.

I had forgotten to post this progress from last Thursday.

I’m trying to diversify my stretching a bit. I had a bit of a lig pop on the first set of Squat stretches. I wasn’t too surprised, as this was the first time I had tried these stretches. This was probably the third or fourth time I’ve heard the pop, so I wasn’t as bothered by it as I had been in the past. I toned back the intensity a bit, and was able to finish the rest of the reps.

I’m still a little tentative on pulling at max intensity on the squat stretches after the lig pop last week. I’ll try to gradually increase intensity.

My EQ was exceptional for my jelqs, which is always a nice feeling.

Missed my latter two session last week, but I’m back at it again. No excuse really, other than that I was tired.

Warning - rant below:

Not purely related to PE, but I need to get my shit together. I’ve gained more than 30 pounds in less than a year. I’d like to blame most of it on stress related to finishing my Master’s degree and then starting a new job. Now that I’ve been working for close to 2 months, I can’t use that as an excuse any more. I won’t actually track my weight, diet, or exercise on here, but I guess I will comment on it occasionally, especially if I have a good day or bad day on that front.

My main issue right now is dinner. I’m good through breakfast, and I pack a healthy lunch at work. I just get home and I am starving, and can’t control my portions. I imagine that eating more at lunch, or a snack later in the day at work would be beneficial. But portion control has always been one of my biggest issues. I’ll try to adjust this week, and see if I can make any improvements with regard to amount of food consumed at dinner.

Very good EQ today. I’m mixing up my supplements a bit. I started by upping my dose of L-Arginine, so that may have helped a bit.

I’ve cut the jelq volume because I’m quite content with my girth. I’d even be happy to gain another inch of length without my girth growing. So in all, I guess the girth worth is primarily maintenance.

I’m going to avoid masturbating tomorrow. I’d scheduled in masturbation sessions twice a week, but I’m going to try to switch to once a week to see what that does for my EQ.
