Looking For Help And Advice Please

I hate to do this again but here I am. After six months of dedicated PE I went on vacation and couldn’t do my exercises for a week. In these six months I have gained nothing and thought if I took a break my penis would heal and I’d see any kind of results. Unfortunately nothing. I started with two months of newbie routine then mixed that with with ten minute bath mate sessions. I made a post about no results and ended up doing the newbie routine 5 days on 2 days off for two more months. Nothing, so I started back with the bath mate around my 4 month mark and went back to 2 days on one day off because it was easier for my schedule. After month four my routine was as follows.

5 minute hot shower warm up
15 minute bath mate
40 to 50 slow 4 to 5 second perfect jelqs
5 minute warm down

Around five months I started doing 20 minute sessions with the bath mate but still nothing but do-nut effect. I also have positive responses such as longer flaccid, red spots, plump flaccid and harder erections.

It’s extremely frustrating when I only want a one inch length gain and a quarter inch girth gain. It’s something I’ve wanted for so long in my life. I’d be SO happy if I saw at least a .1 inch gain! So my plan is to focus on girth and I’m thinking of starting clamping. Please any advice would help. I just want to see any kind of result from these exercises and I hate sounding like I’m begging but it’s hard when I see all these gains but they’re not mine. Any info Will help, thank you, much love!
