Thinking of bumping up the weight a little. I am still getting fatigue but it is only in the last ten minutes of my set, so will probably tweak it up by 0.5 lbs or so in the next few days or week.

If I recall correctly you are using the Vachanger right?

How long are your sets? And what is the total size you gained? Also do you feel hanging is worth it or just a waste of time, did you gain from hanging?

Yup, I use the vachanger3 :)

My sets are 1 hour long.

I have gained 1.625” in length, and 0.6” in girth, more or less. This is from a massive combination of different things, not just hanging. If you want to see what I used, when I gained etc, just have a look at the first post in my log on here :)

Yup, hanging is awesome. I think it is especially good for anyone that is in a plateau from gaining with other methods. It helped me overcome a 4 month dry-spell in gains. I gained 1/4” in length from hanging but this was after gaining quite a bit and being in a dry spell; so it was 100% gains and no EQ or newbie-gains shite. I only hung for a total of 3-4 months too and then shifted to girth for many months. I only recently started back up with hanging (less than 2 months ago).
