Measurements:

Okay, last night I was tempted so I measured myself while I was edging and I am 8.25”, but with a much fuller erection. While my BPEL hasn’t changed, my BPFSL has increased up past 9” for the first time ever. Hanging is working on my BPFSL like a charm but has yet to materialise in BPEL gains again. It was the same last time I hung though, I got gains around my current weight (1/8”) and then another gain (1/8”) when I was between 10-11 lbs for a while. My BPFSL is probably around 9.1 - 9.2”, I wasn’t taking the measurement too seriously because I was a bit shocked it was past 9”. Anyway, that is just an update. Hopefully I will have time after Christmas to move back onto girth, but we will see :)

This account is another iteration of the previously banned deadwood187 (see his previous end). He delights in trolling this board for some reason.

I always do 1 hour sets. So I do 1 hour x 2 sets. At different times in the day so I can A. Fit it into my schedule, and B. Because it would be too intense/sore on my dick doing them back-to-back. However, in the past I have done sets back-to-back, and I have also done 2 hours sets (with a MUCH lower weight, however).

Cheers buddy. I have a log at PE Gym from the very beginning of my PE, it is a lot more detailed about my earlier experiences with hanging, clamping, and the phallosan. Nowadays I am too lazy to go into detail, so keep it simple and just log my workout.
