What’s the most weight you’ve hung with the vachanger ?
I’m up to 9.5lbs for an hour a day, starting to reach some fatigue but not enough to drop the weight.
Just reached the 3 month mark.
Not sure whether to increase weight or try different angles/fulcrums etc.
