Hey guys, I have been lurking here for a few months and finally decided to start a thread on my story and struggle with performance anxiety and my personal progress!

I’m very thankful for this online resource and hope that others are as interested in my journey as I have been while reading others progress reports and posts.

I’d advise you to not worry about that, but your brain is probably on it like a pit bull on a pot roast. It will take a while before your subconscious lets go of it.

I Have ED at 30?

Began with pumping for short sessions, usually 3-5, 5 minute sets at 5 Hg. I was starting to see my unit hang a bit heavier and lower after these sessions and it got me excited. I was masturbating alot and doing the pumping religiously.

I read and researched this site for a month or so before I decided to start implementing my own penile exercise plan.

November 2022

I guess I will start with going over the past few months. I started around the second week of November this past year

I took initial measurements and researched the newbie routine. I started with that, touch and go, for a couple weeks. I was trying to figure out a good schedule as I am trying to be discreet about this. (I feel like this is my own business, it’s my penis, my responsibility.) I don’t necessarily think my girl would request a larger penis from me, but I also don’t think she will mind. I am excited to see if she reacts in any way to any gains I may make.

I continued with the newbie routine throughout this month and started noticing much harder erections while masturbating and my erections during sex being harder and visibly bigger. Newbie gains FTW!

December 2022

I started this month off with a bang, hitting stride with a newly developed shower routine. I really gravitated towards the shower as it allows a really easy warm up and warm down under the direct pressure of the hot water while you do actual shower things.

The only hurdle I had, was the length of time I was now spending in the shower. There were questions raised for sure by the lady 🤔 I just insisted I’m learning to enjoy my showers a bit more nowadays and it hasn’t been an issue at all. I’ve been able to find ample time.

I also started using the bathmate with my routine this month here and there for a good pump. Honestly, it does deliver a really good pump, but I would notice decreased EQ for a couple days after use. This sparked a couple breaks this month but EQ went back to normal pretty quickly and I would resume my routine. I eventually put the pump away AGAIN. It doesn’t seem to be for me, maybe not yet, maybe never. We shall see.

I decided I’m going to stick to manual stretches and jelqs in the shower and see how it goes.

Avg. Routine for the month of December:

5-10 minute warm up under hot water
5-10 minute manual stretches, all directions
10-15 minutes jelqing, 100 reps
10 minute warm down

The jelqing technique has proven to be difficult this month, I am working on that. Focusing on what I feel I’m skilled at presently with the stretches, trying different angles and trying to feel the stretch in the ligaments.

I read the LOT theory this month and came in at an 8 so I’m going to continue with stretching, especially downward which I feel much more in the ligs than any other direction.

January 2023 So Far

I began the month feeling good, better erections in general since putting the pump down and going for just manual exercises.

I got a gym membership and began weight training daily. I love it. This isn’t my first experience with lifting but it has been a while. It’s exciting to get back into and feels really good HUGE BONUS: There is a few shower stalls in the locker room and the location is generally very discreet. I have now switched my PE routines up to post workout at the gym, which is great. No pressure on time at home and I’m able to take my time and focus more.

I took my first progress measurement on the second week of January. Much to my delight, I have made some gains! Almost a half inch in length and a slight gain in girth with just the light newbie routine over the course of the past 2 months! I think ill start doing monthly measurements now, I was avoiding them the first couple months to deter myself from becoming disheartened.

Average January Routine:

Stretch body for 15 minutes
Lift weights for an hour
Cardio for 15 minutes

10 Minute- Shower Warm Up
10-15 Minute- Manual stretches in all directions
10-15 Minute- Jelqing 100-200 Reps
10 Minute Warm Down with leather strap around package

Lots of new discoveries this month.

Between the cheeks stretch, great stretch!!

Warm down aid with leather strap which helps keep engorged while under hot shower stream, great pump retention compared to flaccid hang Warm down.

Jelqing skill has greatly improved. I am alternating between standard jelqs and v jelqs now. Love the additional beneficial stretch of the v jelqs.

Johnsons Baby Oil Gel is the best thing I have found for jelqing. Long lasting and very silky. Smells great too!

Also been using cocoa butter lotion with vitamin E post workout to help heal stretched skin.

Just in the last couple days have been experimenting with Squeezes, 10 second holds between every 50 reps of jelqs, seen a very good pump from this!

Not ready for ADS on my penis but I have been wearing a weighted ring on my balls for most of the day which is starting to help my balls hang a bit lower. They have always been very close to my body and I think a better ball hang will go well with my new flaccid size which is now hovering around 5” most of the day which is very encouraging.

I love taking my cock out even just to pee now its much larger flaccid and just that turns me on at the sight. I often tug on it and plump a little during bathroom breaks, feels great!

Andy, thank you for the reply! I appreciate the encouragement and yes I will read up on that article as well. I haven’t been keeping a personal log of EQ, more so just in my head. You can read my last few posts and get a better insight on my progress if you would like. I still have performance anxiety issues here and there though. My brain will turn my erection off if I get too excited or my adrenaline shot up for any reason. It’s frustrating but I am working on it. Just fortunate to have a loving and understanding partner.

Last Week of January

It’s been a great week of training my body and penis. I have gotten much better at jelq techniques and I can feel the stretch and engorgement in my head and tunica much more.

I have gradually introduced some squeeze techniques using the overhand tourniquet technique and gradual, incremental squeezing increasing one finger at a time, then a 10 second hold. This is typically done after every 50 jelqs or so (I am currently doing around 200 reps) and I alternate squeeze hands as to not favor one side or the other.

Also trying Horse 440 squeezes here and there but being careful, it is quite a lot of pressure, but my member seems to be holding up well and is getting used to the abuse.

I have seen a noticeable girth increase post workout and throughout the day in my flaccid.

The squeeze techniques are much recommended to anyone looking for more girth, but only if your penis is conditioned well (at least 2-3 months) no newbies!

Good Training Cycle

Been on a great 4 day stretch of exercise and PE.

I’ve been achieving great pump after my jelq/squeeze techniques and it lasts all day. I think my flaccid has been hanging close to 5”.

Been wearing a couple weighted rings on my balls and it’s helping them hang a bit lower. I would like to achieve a lower hang, not sure if this will lead to permanent gains but we will see.

Going to take the next couple days off and get ready for a measurement on the 3rd day. Probably get up and take advantage of the raging morning wood I’ve been having for a good measurement after a rest.

Did a preliminary measurement the other morning and looks like I’m leaning towards 7” finally. The biggest I’ve ever been! Excited for that 7” mark!!

A log can be a hassle, and when you’re starting with ED or poor EQ you’re having to record things you might not really want to think about any more than you have to. But that’s the point; you can look back to previous weeks and see how you’re getting better, or it will show that what you’re doing is non- or counter-productive.

End of January Update-Measurement

I was so close to reaching the 7” BPEL mark this month but it was just shy. If I stretched it, I would be there but I’d rather be a stickler for duplicated measurements at this point.

That’s almost 3/4” of length gains in just under 3 months and is exciting to me. This is the biggest I’ve ever been.

Girth is going very slow.

Going to keep working my cock in the shower for an hour or so after workouts at the gym like I have been and keep the same routine until gains slow.

As well as.

I ordered the ADS kit from jelq2grow and waiting for it to come. It’s the one with the rubber sleeve that grips your cock instead of a pump or clamp style.
I want to be able to wear it at work while being somewhat active and not worry too much about constriction or re attachment after urination. As we generally go pee outside. This one seems to suit both of those needs.

We shall see when it gets here how it goes. Would like to integrate that on my workout days as well to try and solidify more length gains which is what I’m after at the moment.

Looking for length first, then girth.

Mid February Check-In

Hey guys, not much activity on my log but I’m gonna keep on trucking. I feel like it’s still valuable info and hoping for more gains this month but I’m avoiding the ruler!! Just wanna focus on consistency and I kind of like the suspense!

I started a log where I record sexual activity, erection quality, masturbation habits and morning wood occurrence. Also, whether I did a PE workout for the day and if I wore ADS.

Speaking of ADS. I ordered the penis sleeve from Jelq2Gain and it has been great so far, very comfortable. I made the mistake of not wearing the tape on my glans though and got a small blister (probably 1.5mm) that I’m waiting to go away before wearing the sleeve again. I’m continuing to jelq and stretch but avoiding negative pressure of any kind. It looks deflated most of the time until I’m working out in the shower and it looks engorged I’m guessing from the tissue expansion.

I’m going to monitor for a few more days and if it doesn’t go away I’ll stop all PE until it goes away.

Just trying to stay consistent, I’ve had a couple 2-3 day breaks due to work this month but I feel like it has been good and much needed rest.

March Measure Day

Today was the day. I measured my current gains and this time I did it after a workout so I had some pump going and therefore my measurements may be slightly inflated. But I don’t care I’m happy where I ended up. I’ve gained almost a full inch in length and an inch and a half in flaccid hang.

I was under the impression that I had stopped gaining this month but I was wrong and it is nice to see the results. It’s good motivation to keep going with the newbie routine.

The only thing that I’ve changed this month was adding squeezes, which I have since backed off from the last couple weeks due to suspicions it was hindering my length gains. I’ve also added some ADS with my jelq2grow all day hanger rig that I like very much. I’ve put in 70 hours on the hanger this month and I’m now up to 6-10 hours per day a few times per week.

I had some issues with the silicon sleeve hanger earlier when I got a small water blister and had to give the sleeve a rest. I have realized how vital the anti fluid tape is to preventing vacuum injury. The best anti fluid tape I’ve found is from Walgreens and is called silicon tape. It is very easily removed from the glans in comparison to the 3m micropore tape.

I have recently rigged up a captains wench and am trying to learn how to wrap and apply it properly for ADS. This will prevent having to remove a silicon sleeve every time I have to take a bathroom break and that would be great if I can get the hang of it! Currently having some issues with constricting the glans and some discoloration after wearing it for a bit but I’m working on the wrapping technique. Any suggestions would be great!

Check out MY NEW GAINS!! So excited, this is the biggest I’ve ever been. Looking forward to continuing and growing more towards my goal and maybe even beyond! Surprisingly still no comments from my lady but she has never seemed too concerned with size anyway.
