Over the last week and a half I’ve been doing rather frequent reverse kegel exercises, in hopes of stretching my chronically tensed perineum muscles.
It seems to be working, my erections are improving. They are not rock hard like they used to be, but they’re far more adequate.
I’m ready to begin PE, I’m gonna do the newbie routine. I’m starting at 6.4 X 4.4. I’m especially hoping to make some girth gains. Wish me luck.
