Erections improving

Over the last week and a half I’ve been doing rather frequent reverse kegel exercises, in hopes of stretching my chronically tensed perineum muscles.

It seems to be working, my erections are improving. They are not rock hard like they used to be, but they’re far more adequate.

I’m ready to begin PE, I’m gonna do the newbie routine. I’m starting at 6.4 X 4.4. I’m especially hoping to make some girth gains. Wish me luck.

Starting stats: JAN 09: 7 3/8" BPEL x 5 1/2" EG mid-shaft

Goal for the first 12 months: 8 1/2" BPEL x 6 1/2" EG mid-shaft and a bigger head.. :D

Goal for life: 9 1/2" BPEL x 7 1/2" EG mid-shaft !

I’m a proponent of both kegels and reverse kegels. I incorporate both into my jelqing routine. I do a pre-grip kegel at the start of the jelq and a reverse kegel during the remainder of the jelq. This makes for a much more intense jelq routine, not from a stress standpoint, but from a concentration standpoint. I find doing this also allows me much greater erection control during jelqing.

Girth gains are always the toughest to achieve. Even the “big gainers” that I feel confident were real and honest, had to struggle with girth. Good luck though.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.
