Hello everyone,

I will be reporting on my progress since my start date of 12/10/15. I was skeptical in the beginning, but I gave it a try. I first started in December 10, 2015 with my basic measurement of BPEL of 6 1/8 and MEG was about 5. I say about because I just used a plastic ruler and not a cloth one to measure my girth. I was using the shower to do my exercise since I needed to do this in private. My routine was the newbie routine which consisted of the warm up in the shower stretching 4X30 seconds each and jelqing duration between 3 to 10 seconds each jelq. I was being cautious when I first started because I did not want to get injured and have my member down for the count. I know how we think and we want everything quick and fast but doing PE you need to be calm and persistent. Since my start of PEing I bought some lube which is Palmer Cocoa butter vitamin e moisturizing oil, smells good and I think gives good lubrication, a warming pad, and a cloth ruler to measure my girth so I can do this in the comfort of my bedroom. Since beginning PEing I have noticed now a hell of a lot better EQ than before, and my member feels and looks a lot more beefier and a little thicker. I couldn’t believe this, but it does work. I measured myself on 1/21/2016 and I recorded BPEL at 6 ¼ , a gain of 1/8” and my MEG went up also to a little under 5 ¼. I did not have my flaccid length from back in December but it is now 4 ½ and when I BP FL is 6 5/8 length. Could this be true that my flaccid length could be that long but when it is erect be 6 ¼? Anyway, I did notice that heat is the key for PEing, So now what I do after reading some threads on heat is I went up on my repetitions of the exercises and change my routine a bit and now I warm up between 8 – 10 minutes first with my warming pad, manual stretches of 8 X 30 seconds, warm up again for 5 mins, do between 100 to 150 jelqs at 40 -60 % erect then warm down for 5-8 mins. I will continue this routine until I reach my plateau. My goal for now will be to reach a BPEL of 7.6 with a MEG of 5.7. I now believe this can happen especially with all the help from my new friends here at Thunder’s. Wishing everyone a healthy and safe PE experience, thank you everyone for this.

Other members also have bpfsl longer than bpel. I guess it’s normal.

I am on the opposite side. Bpel is longer, but I am a huge grower.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Reporting back had an issue that I encountered. First off, GF and I had a weekend to ourselves and it was great. While we were having a little fun it got to the point to where we were both so excited and she said something that surprised the hell out of me. She said “F*&# me with your big c*&#!” I was so surprised she said that, it got me even more excited. Keep in mind I am only 6.25 X 5. I do not think I am that big but It gave me such a boost of confidence that I am still glowing today.

Now on my progress report. From what I felt this weekend is phenomenal. My penis was so firm and rock hard and my stamina was out the roof. My GF told me it felt thick. So.. PE is working.

After the weekend I came home with my confidence up, feeling good. I did a PE session Sunday night. I was so amp ed up from the weekend that I didn’t notice how much pressure I was using during jelqing that I got a pretty good doughnut effect on my penis below the head. I did feel some pain which brought my confidence crashing down. I was pissed that this happened. I took a few days off so the doughnut would heal. I did a session last night (Wednesday) to my routine. I reduced the amount of pressure while jelqing and my penis felt really good. It looked fatter and more firm. All around feels and looks really good.

Routine :
10 min warm up
5-10 min manual stretch
5 min warm up
150 jelqs
10 min warm down

My measurement are still the same
6.25 BPEL
5 MEG

Can’t wait to reach my goal. 7.6 x 5.6

Rocky is a fine work, that’s for sure.

Before PE is well received by my body a few songs. During training is just me and my mind, If I listen or watch something I lost my focus/concentration.

Update

I injured myself doing my stretching exercises on Monday night. I was way over excited and got a really bad doughnut effect again. I can feel the “guitar string” right below my glans. Going to take a few days of PE to see if it subsides.

My girlfriend said something similar a few weeks back, really is a huge confidence booster!!!

Be careful not to get too excited man, PE takes time!!!!

Sorry to here you’ve picked up a problem. Don’t worry, it will subside soon enough. How quickly do you notice the doughnut happening?

I noticed it immediately when I was done with my stretching routine. I looked down and there it was all swollen. I was upset but what can I do? Just let it heal and go from there. Thanks everyone.

Update

Ok.. So this morning I was lurking over my penis to see if I could massage the doughnut out. I warmed it up and began to squeeze the area underneath my glans with my thumb. I did this for about 3-5 minutes and low and behold the doughnut disappeared! I massaged it a bit more, ran some more hot water on it and it looks good now. I am going to take the rest of the week off and the weekend to make sure my penis is healed. I was worried but everything looks nice.

No pain

I didn’t feel any pain when I massaged it out. It felt kind of weird though. I could feel when the liquid got loose and flowed back into my shaft. Kind of hard to explain. Going to rest for a few days to make sure I’m ok.
