yeah, I think I have something similar, but mine is a little tender to touch. Massaging seems to just aggravate it. I haven’t touched it for a couple of days, and it seems to be going down by itself. So, I guess I’m going to rest it a couple more days like you, ( and try and keep my hand and wife off it ;) ) and see how it goes.

Back into it

So I took two weeks off to make sure my member was fully healed. So last night I continued my routine with just slight pulling and mild jelqing. It did felt really good. Once I was done it felt thick and a little heavy. Will continue tonight and let’s see how it goes.


I began on Monday evening my newbie routine again but this time I am doing the exercise morning and evening. I am not putting too much pressure on my penis, but enough to feel a slight tug. I have also reduced the pressure when doing jelqing. It does feel heavier and thicker. So I think it is working. Will measure on Monday night.

Nice work Omi! (Can I call you that?) Started better than I did, I got too eager. Now that you are going to do 2 routines in a day, are you going to have 1 or 2 rest days? Asking because I do not think the Newbie routine mentioned 2-a-days. Do you think they’ll help?

So I have been doing the newbie routine and it seems that it is working. After I complete the routine my penis feels heavier and thicker. And my erections have been solid! I have been doing the routine twice a day morning in the shower just manual stretching then in the evening. I continue to do some extra stretching when I visit the bathroom, so if I go three time then I stretch out three more time in the day. Will continue this routine to see any more improvements and will measure next week to see if any gains. Rock on everyone!

Just a quick update. I have not measured in a while, just doing my manual stretching and some jelqing. One thing I did notice this morning when I was getting ready for work. I looked at my self in the mirror and my penis looked so much thicker and a little bit longer. I was very surprised to notice this since I started PEing. I continue to do my manual stretching both in the morning and evening, would like more length. Penis does feel fuller and heavier when I am done. Will take some pics some time this week if I get a chance to do so. Stay safe everyone.



Hello everyone,
I have been busy with work and school. I am ready to give my update. So I continue to PE twice a day and have seen some improvements. Last night I did my usual of warm up 5 min and jelqed for 15min, I set my timer on my phone and go at, but something about last night that made my penis nice and thick. I called him Mr Plump because of how thick he looked and did not get an injury. and in the mornings is when I do my stretching exercises. I will try to take some pics soon so I can show him off.

For all newbie just starting off, heat is your best friend for growth! I use a heating pad for 5 min before and during my routines. It works.
