Hi,

Like many people on here I’m looking to use this progress tracking for multiple reasons.

1) As a one stop shop to keep track of my data
2) To get feedback and thoughts from others in the group
3) Most importantly to keep myself accountable

A little background on me. I am new to this forum but not new to the idea of PE. I first came across information on PE 20+ years ago. As I have always had a desire to be larger (happy to talk about my thoughts on why this is more in a different setting) I have tried PE in various forms over the years. I have never really been able to stick with it unfortunately. My longest period of sustained PE work was about 4 months. I did see some temporary results during that time but nothing that was permanent.

To that end, I am rededicating myself to this to see where I can go.

My current stats:

Erect Length: 7.5 inches
Stretched Flaccid: 7.25 inches
Girth: 5.5 inches
Flaccid: 4-5.5 inches

My Goals:

Erect Length: 9 inches
Girth: 6.5 inches
Flaccid: consistently 6.5 inches

I know these are lofty goals, but it give me something to strive for.

Plan:
As my name here suggests, I am a bit of a part timer / opportunistic PE’er. My life schedule is very veritable and does not allow for true consistent PE schedule. So, my plan is to get it where I can do to speak. I will be, at least initially, using Jelqing, manual stretching and bundled stretching for my routine. I plan to keep track of the number/time performing each exercise. My goal is to measure and report here monthly.

Additional:
I have also embarked on scrotum stretching with weights. As this is a PE forum I didn’t want to make this a focus of my progress tracker, but I will add that data here as well. Mostly for my tracking and if anyone happens to be interested. I have been at this for a few months so I am currently utilizing a 1 pound weight, again opportunistically, as often as I can. My starting scrotal length with the weight on is 4.75 inches from the top of my penis. I plan to measure this more often (EG weekly) since it will be more variable.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Appreciate any thoughts or feedback. Look forward to updating in about a month.

Much success for you I hope. Seems more than I thought have done PE in past and are returning for a more regimented approach.

Couldn’t agree more with turning it in to a habit.

Hi Parttimer
you have very good measurements as a start so it is normal that the target is high and rightly as you say it gives more suction. I think we have to figure out what is the best routine and follow it, record everything is a great help unfortunately at the beginning I didn’t do it and then at the time of the feedback I found myself bad. Do the scrotal stretches because they are not very pendulous or because you like them very pendulous. Regards to you soon.
