Did pumping today also, just strapped the extender on for a minute to make sure I hadnt lost ground. Im disappointed in no new SFL gains but at least earlier before my PE sessions I measured some BPEL gains I got around 21cm today which is 0,7cm longer than before PE, that’s grea

Did 34 minutes of extending today. Feeling good with current extender length can already feel another 0,5cm bar is not far away. Just going to stick with this length until I can point it down comfortably but already had 0,5cm give in the up position today. I am now 2cm from my ultimate extender length goal :)

What are your thoughts on manual stretching?

At the moment, I am doing 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening and some occasional stretches during the day (3 ~ 5 minutes per session). I find this very efficient.

I havent really tried manual stretching. I am very angry with my skinpad and fatpad. I have 21cm bpel right now but my nbpel (not touching the penis, you cant touch it when measuring nbpel because that does not represent true how a woman sees the visible part of your penis) is 17cm.

The Skinpad and upwards erection angle steals 4cm length and I am very skinny I have veins in my arms, legs and visible upper abs. I hate the upwards angle and the skinpad.

I did 25 minutes of extending today and then did pumping in my narrow cylinder. I didnt get very good length expansion only read 16,5cm shaft and in the bathmate I can get almost 18. Strange. Also got a huge donut.

I did 32 minutes of extending today. Accidentally gained 5lbs of which I think an unfair amount went straight to the fatpad and skinpad. Like wth is going on so unfair! So back to starvation again. Eating 2 meals per 24 hours.

Get a food scale and hit the weights, gained 8lbs but fat pad is smaller. Remember when my fat pad was a full inch and 3 weeks later it’s .4 inches.

In ten weeks I’ll probably hit .25 fatpad. Losing weight is a Million times easier when lifting. I lift 6 days a week mostly compound lifts for 3 weeks. My actual weight is up and down but the mirror difference is a lot.
