I would suggest doing your program every other day so your penis gets at least one day to recover between each session.

No injury is possible from the extender I use. I have been doing PE for over a year at this point always careful to follow instructions and common sense. Well met, man :)

I have used it very few times like less than five. But it’s supposed to induce a slow shed of the discolored skin.

Today I did 33 minutes extending. Think I can add another bar soon, can easily aim it down now for a few weeks at current length.

I added a 0.5cm bar today and did 40mins extending. But I had not increased in SFL so I’m a bit disappointed. I really want to get to 23cm SFL I need to get more focused. I’ll add in a second extending session in the morning with dmso, then wear ads all day and extend again in the evening in a final effort to push to 23cm SFL.

It seems like you do other things besides extension.

Thanks for the feedback first of all!

My complete routine is actually only extending right now. I will try and push for my goal of 23cm SFL with extending twice daily and wearing an ESL 40 in between sessions and taking a levitra at night.

When I reach this length I will just do pumping in the morning for all day pumped hang and hang and extend at night indefinately. I really want to reach my goal of 23 to be able to go onto my more laid back routine which I will be able to do every day without too much hassle and without too much time consumption being able to just enjoy PE as a part of daily life.

That does sound really good. At the same time I’m probably 2 years away from that, but definitely where I’d like to be. I think that helps with the discipline, the idea of getting there.

Yeah in the “end stage” that means just pumping every day for me, something I really enjoy and something my PE role model TG does.

Im starting to get demotivated by how slow it is to gain. But determined to reach the 1 inch gain mark as soon as possible. Then I can live with slowly pumping towards 1+ gains.

Nice. It’s a good “career plan”.

I understand the physical and mental effort that this kind of routine demands, but remain consistent. You have shown that you can win and that is enough for you to get excited. Reaching your goal will be a matter of time and, as we know, time will pass anyway.

Thank you guys. Things are not happening overnight with PE that’s for sure. I went back and looked at photos I took the week I started PE. I was exactly 20cm SFL and a little bigger in the pump measuring in at 8 inches. I have had no creep of pubic hair up my shaft or any sign of penis base going outside the body thus far so I believe my gains are from peyronies placque and curve lessening. Which is actually positive I think.

You should get some lig gains if that’s what you mean by “sign of penis base going outside body”, the ligs will be super good for further lengthening the rest of your penis/tunica, also, don’t believe the “crap” some others say on these forums that “lig gaining” will not promote growth….that’s just awful and iresponsible to say, maybe not all lig gains go directly to bpel AS SOON as we make them, but further on I am very sure they will have a big impact on EL. It’s all about each and everyone’s body I guess, I know Mulejuicemcquaid from pegym is hanging for 2 years now, SD ONLY, and some forms of SO and BTC, but he did say most of his hours (2-6hours daily) were done SD (LIGAMENTS), and he also has pictures of 1,5 inch bpel gains…with little to no erect work + girth gains.

Did 45 minutes of extending today at the new extender length.
