Hi, I wanted to keep an open forum progress thread aside from my members section one. Any pictures can be found in my progress thread in the members only section of the forum.

Im trying to dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s here with my routine, without getting mental burnout and quitting.

My routine is length only routine.

1,5 hour active PE in morning

Wear ads all day

1,5 hour active PE in the evening

Sleep in very light chest harness silicone sleeve ANS.

My active PE consists of: 1 hour LG Hanger + 30 minutes Extender.

I started at around 8” bpel a year ago with some ED problems. My SFL is 21,7cm now. My goal is to get to SFL 9,5”.

3 hours of PE a day is a lot. How many hours a day is your penis not being stretched? In bodybuilding you will hear it said that “Your muscles don’t grow under the bar, the grow when you rest”, and there is a parallel in PE. More does not always mean better. Like I say, that just seems like a lot of stress to be putting on your penis. How is your EQ?

That is very true on the body building side. I can bench 305 5 times but only once a week because I need the rest. Your body RECOVERS in rest mode and it’s important to get at least 6 consecutive hours of rest. Diet is also important because if your muscles are broken down but only have sugar and startch as nutirents you will be stuck in a rut. Protein and amino acids help aid that process so much more

You made some useful postings about proactively managing mental burnout. Maybe include those here?

My EQ is a ton better than a year ago but its still not 100%. I feel I get worse erections from pumping but stretching gives harder better erections. I only do 3 hours of active PE, I say only because of all the extender studies where patients extended for 10-12hr per day.

The ads and ans is no force, just healing extended :)

I understand it might sound more than it is, im using the esl40 with a pretty slack bungee cord so its only anti turtle. And im following the lg hanger recommended 1hoir morning 1hour at night plus 30minutes of extender to keep track of length in the extender. :)

Ok I did 1hr 15mins extender of which 30mins in downward position today. Ready for another bar in the extender. Did not measure SFL after session but did so 3 hrs later and it was 21.5 but felt very rubbery and loose -great!

have not started hanging yet and have not started my ANS yet. Will start as soon as all my new PE gear arrives.

Ok, added another .25cm bar today and could still point the extender downwards I have room for another .25 maybe even .5cm addition. Did 1hr 10mins in penimaster pro today. Tomorrows session I will add another bar!

A bit disappointed no increase in SFL tough. When I started PE I remember if I measured from the side I was 21,5cm SFL now I am 21,5cm pressing exactly in the middle of penis on top so gained 1,5cm because I was 20 at that time.

Ok today I just did 1hr 10mins extender and I also did a 10minute pumping session in my old pump, nothing new same length in pump same in extender. Waiting until tomorrow to add another bar but theres sure room for it.

Today I did 1hour of extender with adding the small extra bar I was planning to add already 2 days ago. I think I might have been able to point it downward at the end of the session but will stay at this length until it’s starting to go loose.

Did one hour of extending today and it will probably take a while before I add another bar. 3,5cm from my ultimate extender goal length now.

Ok today I had pumped earlier in the day so I only did 41minutes extending because my skin got a bit pinched at the base.

Did 1 hour of extending today.

Did 42mins extender today.
