Hello World - Day 1 - Routine Questions
Starting the linear routine today.
I plan on staying quite disciplined to the routine, however I have been using an extender for 3 months and will continue to use this instead of stretching.
Extender use - 6 hrs/day.6 days on, 1 off.. I am just now extending at full FSL.
I have read that stretching is much better (aggressive) way of stretching the ligament.
I feel like seeing the extender through the suggested 6 mos recommendation, then starting linear stretch routine.
Feedback? Do members feel that an extender is just as good (better?) than 10 mins of stretches each day?
