Healing And Understanding Hard Flaccid

I have hard flaccid due to incorrect hanging. Behind my glans went completely numb along with bruising on the head , sudden poor erections , loss of sex drive , and other symptoms. This sent me into a panic, spending hours researching and understanding. I hypothesized that I pinched the dorsal nerve. It was hard to gauge the severity but having no serious bad indicators I decided to let it heal with time. During this time I’ve made several realizations with my condition that I hope might help someone else .

In my experience and opinion the main thing about hard flaccid is that it’s 100% psychological. Injuring your penis confuses the mind making it impossible to recover without constant mental relaxation and reassurance.

For me hard flaccid is at its worse when I’m showering. My mind and penis are both relaxed but as soon as I’m able to see and am conscious of my penis, hard flaccid symptoms show immediately.

Mental steadiness is the cure, reassuring yourself with the knowledge that you’ve got a healthy member. Going to a urologist and making sure everything is physically okay helps.

Hard flaccid is a vicious metal loop started from the mental stress of an injury. The cycle can get worse without a proper understanding of what’s happening. Your pelvic muscles are sent into constant tension due to signals from your brain. Relaxing then leads to instant results and proper penis hang.

Things that help:

STRETCHING. The number one is definitely stretching, especially pelvic muscle and groin stretches
Since my injury happened I’ve started stretching resulting with viable changes in my whole body as well as a better mental.
With just one pelvic stretch I cured lifelong pelvic tilt and flared ribs almost instantly. This made me happy for weeks with the most relief I’ve had in my life.

BREATHING AND REVERSE KEGEL EXERCISES
Lay down on your back and breathe deeeeeepp into your stomach like you’re trying to get the air into your balls. On the inhale flex your groin or d muscles like you’re trying to piss. This should be a lighhhtttt push and not a strain. It helps to elevate your legs. This should be a relaxing meditative practice that helps you become aware of when your pelvic floor is tensed throughout the day . Lookup some exercise and see what works for you because again curing hard flaccid is 100% mental .

LOTION
Keeps your dude feeling good and relaxed. Just a small thing that really helps me because curing this is all about making yourself feel good.

PONDERING
The key is to break out of the loop of constantly thinking about your penis and if he’s okay. Realizing that the healing process will take months depending on how deep in you are. Remind yourself to relax and heal and to just forget about it. Accept that hard flaccid will be a new normal for you until you relax and stop caring about it.

QUITING PORN
Mainly masturbating seems to make symptoms worse. Could be a placebo affect but then again this whole mental illness is. Just leave him alone unless you’re incredibly horny and get hard from basically nothing. Only then should you have sex or touch it.

UNDERSTANDING HARD FLACCID
Really helps to know what’s going on inside your body .

I’ve heard that hard flaccid is denied by the PE community. You can see very visible changes in my penis when it’s in it’s hard flaccid state so I’m happy to provide proof.

I want to say that little by little I can see my symptoms getting slowly better with the help of Thunders-Place. The numbing is slowly fading in the dorsal region due to other methods I have but that’s a whole different injury that doesn’t pertain hard flaccid

I think it was interesting and thank you for sharing your experiences and understanding. How do you do a pelvic stretch as mentioned in your first point? I don’t have a hard flaccid, but wonder if it would be good to do in addition to reverse kegels as a preventative measure hmm

Just curious, has anyone tried the NIR+RED pad with hard flaccid, I would think, that it would help, anyone tried?

Thanks for reading this guys I truly believe this is helpful information for those struggling with hard flaccid. I want to say I’ve again made progress with healing from hard flaccid and things are about 70% normal. Sensitivity is returning in the dorsal region and is now at about 70% also. I expect that within the next 3 months I will close to 100%

Stuckinside- I’m fairly certain that my pelvic condition was unique due to my forward pelvic tilt. I’ve had as long as I can remember and in response my lower spine curved inwards towards my stomach and as a result led to rib flare that was quite obvious. This made me insecure most my life about it and would often get in the way of life.
One night I decided to do some regular stretching and pelvic meditation mentioned above when I stumbled upon cracking my lower back in a unique way leading to instant results that were visible in my body. I could literally feel my tailbone in a different spot as well as noticeable changes in my ribs as well as a straightened back. I will try to explain this simple yet complex “stretch”?? Back crack?? Idk

I have to state first that this is a variation of a back crack that I do all the time. I simply sit on the floor and slowly lower my back on the floor obviously starting with the lower back. The goal is to get your entire spine flat on the ground. During this my back cracks several times and is quite satisfying. I know this is unique to my body because when I normally lay flat on the ground my lower back or spine doesn’t make contact due to my pelvic tilt.

The new crack is the exact same thing with one change. You physically with your hands try to tilt your pelvis straight while doing what I mentioned above. Using your hands locate your pelvis bone on each side of your abdomen. With your thumb you should be pushing your pelvis away from your stomach and towards your feet. Your palm and rest of your fingers will settle on your lower back and imagine trying to rotate or twist your pelvis straight. While doing this slowly lay your back on the ground trying to get your entire spine flat. Your back should crack 2 or three times before you have fully lay down. Once you’re flat on your back while still pushing and rotating your pelvis you should feel a weird sensation in your lower back. It’s the same thing you feel when you’re hanging from a pull-up bar and completely relax your back. It’s like it’s releasing tension. Just hold this position until you feel like it’s relaxed and you can repeat a couple times.

I know that’s probably confusing asf so I’m happy to explain in a different way or perhaps a video. I need to say that this doesn’t work on everybody. Only folks with pelvic tilt. As soon as I realized what I did I told my friend to get tf over to my place . I lifted up my shirt and showed her my new ribs and back and the first words out of her mouth were “wait wtf.” She then asked me to show her how to do it, so I did exactly that. Unfortunately she couldn’t get it. Her back never cracked even though we tried several times most likely because she didn’t have the same condition I have.

Ever since that first time I did it I was able to do it about 5 more times with my back cracking each time but now when I do it nothing happens. I still feel like tension is being relieved but nothing cracks. What’s unusual about this is that it’s an instant one time ( or a couple time ) fix. Definitely the weirdest thing I’ve figured out I can do. Also as far as I can tell it’s permanent.

Sounds interesting. I’ve never had the privilege of owning one of these but now it’s definitely on my radar. Sounds relaxing and even if it doesn’t help it would probably have a great placebo affect tricking your mind into thinking its helping your penis, which is exactly what your mind needs to overcome hard flaccid. Definitely a great idea I will try soon.
