Hello everybody.

I have been practicing PE for about 8 weeks now, but before I tell you about my efforts I want to give you a brief history about me. I have been masturbating from the age of 11 (I am 23 now), first it was just using my imagination and later porn. Porn and masturbation consumed my adolescence. Nearly everyday, 2-3 hours porn and jacking off. I found the clean up annoying and frustrating so when I was about 16 I started edging (I didn’t really know what I was doing, felt good didn’t have to clean up after). Edging sessions lasted incredibly long, like 4-6 hours, it was crazy! Always self conscious about my self, I actually discovered a long time ago but I wasn’t serious. I measure in at 5.5 BPEL.

My PE journey commenced on 05-29-2017. My routine from the offset, in hindsight, was extreme. My daily routine consisted of three sessions.

Morning and Evening routine:
7.5 mins heating with fan heater / hot water bottle
17.5 mins stretching (SD, SO, , V Stretch, A Stretch, 10 o’clock pull)
10-15 mins dry jelq at 50-80 % erection.
9 mins Kegel holds (holding for 3mins X 3)

Midday routine:
7.5 mins heating with fan heater
20 mins stretching (SD, SO, , V Stretch, A Stretch, 10 o’clock pull)

I also cut out porn and masturbation from the date stated. On the 06-24-2017 due to being very horny (and also curious to see if I had made any progress) I watched and edged to porn. To my amazement I had never been so hard (100%) and long in my entire life. I measured in at 6.2 BPEL. It worked, the feeling was amazing. I should note up to now I had not experienced improved morning wood.
For the next 7 days (I was still completing my 3 routines) I watched and edged, but my deteriorated rapidly.

Fast forward to 07-25-2017, Still on my 3 routines, I have not seen any further gains because I can’t achieve a 100% erection like I did on the 06-24-2017. Even when I go many days without porn and masturbation. I have put my self on a 5 day hiatus since 07-25. I will return to PE on the 07-31 with a new routine, one session a day. I will update again on 08-31

Best of luck. Going porn free really helps. I’ve been porn free for three weeks now. Never felt better. And I’m working harder on my PE and I’m more motivated. But the motivation is more about the brotherhood at TP.

Not being able to achieve a full erection sounds a bit concerning. You might want to cut back on the intensity of your routine/take a longer break.

Yes mate that is what is frustrating.
I’m of the school that the more you put in the more you get out from PE. I’m changing to just one session a day (I was doing 3 sessions daily 2 on 1 off before) with no rest days.
I’ll do this for 8 weeks and fingers crossed I can recover EQ while not stalling my gains / PE.

Welcome to the club . I’m happy your dick “survived” these first 8 weeks wthout falling off . That is quite a routine he must absorb!

Honestly, try listening to your dick. What you have is a negative PI. So interpret it correctly. It’s not calling for more, it’s yelling for less.

I would start to introduce rest days. Especially teo rest days in a row. Groth and recovery happen durinh rest, not during action. Give your dick more time to grow.

I recommend a 1on/2off frequency for thr full month of August. Well see end of August if we can increase - just remain stable until then.

You may well be a more is more type, but you find it easier if that’s the case by going gradually to the top. In small steps, not big jumps.

I’m not an expert on EQ, but it seems like it is a good idea to include masturbation in one’s routine, otherwise it can become too clinical which could kill desire. -No need to ejaculate if you don’t want to. Edging should work.

Thanks Richard, I do regret not taking it easy from the start. But I didn’t experience any pain, no turtling and my flaccid hang was thicker and longer. I didn’t think the lack of morning wood was a big issue because I never really had them (probably because of excessive porn and edging in my history)

I will definitely be paying more attention to what my dick is telling me.

Hi again fellas. Just completed another month (third month). Routine was 6 days a week and a single rest day when feeling especially sore or mentally exhausted. Have added a variation of DLD Blasters at the end of my routine, this has given my a new soreness at the base and along my gooch area. Feels good.

No gains to note but I believe this is due to low (about 5 or 6) EQ. Failing on the Anti-Porn front. Watching porn and edging nearly everyday, no orgasms though. Has anyone come across a theory along the line of “porn-boredom” and EQ ?

September will be a 1 on 2 off month. Hope everyone else is well and doing well in all their endeavours.
