Hey guys! I’m a 21 years old, Brazilian, and as long as I remember, I’m not satisfied with my penis size. It gets worse because I’m really tall(1,91 m) and it seems like it’s smaller.
I’ve started my PE journey on November 20th of 2014. My first routine is The Newbie Routine and I’m going to report every week how is it going. I’m going to measure my friend every two weeks and take a photo every month to compare my visual progressions.
My actual measures on November 20th 2014 are:
-FL: 3.11”(7,9 cm);
-MFG: 4,04”(10,1 cm);
-BFG: 4.24”(10,6 cm);
-BPEL: 6.36”(15,9 cm);
-EL: 5.8”(14,5 cm);
-BEG: 4.8”(12 cm);
-MEG: 4.6”(11,5 cm)

My goals are:
-EL: ~6.8”- 7”(~17 cm-17,5 cm);
-MEG: ~5.6”-5.8”(~13,5 cm-14 cm);

I know that’s gonna be a hard journey untill I get my goals, specially on girth, but I’m prepared for that.

After my second day, on Saturday, my EQ was awesome! I think that was psychological, but it was awesome and I kept on sex a very long time without cumming. My GF loved it! My MSFG and NBPFL is more continuous, even when it’s cooler.

My left ball is painful since Sunday. I think it’s because of kegels. It always pains when I crunch. I’m gonna drop the reps from 50 to 30 and raise 5 reps per week till 50 again.

Hey, sorry to hijack this thread. I imagine it varies person to person, but in you experience as a moderator how fast are people seeing results? I’d like to see SOME increase within 4-6months, even if it is minimal.


Start 27/11/14: Erect Length 7.0" Erect girth 4.9"

Goal: Erect Length 8.00" Erect girth 5.5" (long term)

Today are 13 days since I started this journey. So far only joy: no injury, my dick is softer because of moisturizer that I’m using as a lubricant, stronger and lasting erections, ejaculations more retarded, etc. But best of all are the new measures. At this time I’m there about 33 hours without taking my routines, masturbate, sex or anything. No unnecessary handling of my cock. I’ve just taken my measurements which are: BPEL: 17,1cm; NBPEL: 14,7cm; and EG: 11,6cm! A total of 0,2x0,1cm in just 13 days !! I’ve measured this few times to make sure that I was not doing wrong and all have the same thing! It’s still very few mm and probably there will be no difference on sex, but visually it is more swollen and vascularized. I really enjoyed!

In the evening I’m going to start my second cycle of the Newbie Routine, adding 10 min on jelqing and 5 min on stretching.

As you can read previously, I’m seeing my first gains in just two weeks! It really works!

My left ball pain is gone about few days ago. I’m following Marinera’s advice on stretching(pinched grip) and Tom Hubbard’s on jelqing(you grip). My flaccid volume is clearly higher and my EQ still’s the same: like a rock, but I realized that I don’t have morning woods since few days ago. I don’t know why. I’m not feeling any pain or something else. Sometime I do some horse 440, jelq squeezes and Sadsak Slinky just to see how is it goes.

I’ve read Tom Hubbard’s “ONE THING” and I’m gonna follow his tip: listen to my penis to know when to rest. If I think that my penis can handle one more day of routines, I’m gonna do it, but I’m gonna respect the maximum of 3 on/1 off as I did today.

Today is my 18th day of practising and I’m really enjoying it!

Today is my rest day. My flaccid lenght and girth are awesome! I had a morning wood today: I think I’m improving my EQ now.

Thank you, bro! I think my EQ is better now and my penis is growing! I’m going to measure that on Friday.
