Yes, heat really did the trick for me as well.

The rice sock during warm-ups and stretching really does make it more comfortable and exciting. Also just started to use an electric heating pad on the pump cylinder - before and during the sessions.

pumping is fun so far. About the results I’m not sure yet as I am only a few days in.

And I must say it’s also quite intense. This is why I currently observe my PIs.
Maybe I will tune it down for now or postpone it until I have more time spent conditioning
with manual exercises 🧐Will keep you up to date here

If I read correctly, most vets gained girth from either jelqing, pumping (unpacked), or clamping.
