with modest intensity 🍆

Went with a Thickwall Deluxe Cylinder + Heavy Duty Pump.

Nice, did you get the water trap also? Saw they include it in starterkits.

Good catch 👍 Nope, the pump came with a simple connector.
I didn’t care too much, as I decided to start with air pumping only.

Well I really am not a veteran, and my motivation in PE had ups and downs. But I definitely learned a lot from this forum and from experimenting with PE.

Here are a few things that come to mind:
- PE is about understanding your physiology and using ways to change it in a positive way.
- Consistency and dedication should be at the core of your PE mindset if you are serious about getting bigger without injuries.
- Toughening up the tissues of your penis, thus hindering gains, can happen quicker than you think. Less force over a longer period of time is a safer way to grow your dick.
- If you do not see some kind of change with just the basics of PE (jelqs, stretches, kegels…), whether by making gains or better EQ, you are doing them wrong.
- Having your dick as healthy and functional as possible should be what matters most to you. Definitely not looking for the next new and shiny exercise to make gains.
- It is likely you will go from a no-gainer to at least a slow-gainer just from incorporating heat into your routine. Find ways to maximise collagen deformation and its cementation in the state you aim for.
- Length and girth are good ways of measurement, but overall volume tells you much more about your dick.
- Consider that PE is for life, especially if you want to keep your gains cemented with a strong EQ. Being able to get hard on demand is something every man should thrive for, at any age. You might be all-in now and think “Once I reach my goal, I’ll be King”, but later on you will need at least some kind of regular light PE maintenance routine. Learn to enjoy PE the way you can so it does not seem like a burden!
- Whenever you struggle with being consistent or making gains, rethink your environment and methods, and change will happen naturally, whatever form it may take. Sharing your experience with others, like you do on this forum, is a tremendous help. We are social animals!

The list could go on forever. I encourage you to read the big gainers stories, veterans threads, 101s, etc. Our bodies have not changed for centuries, so the basics of PE are still the same than they were in the past. Have faith in them :)

As I already said to another guy here:
About the Phalossan…I only wear it for 2 weeks so far.
(I bought the cheap one,not the original at 277,00 €)
Time: 3 hours on each side.
For sure it stretching my penis differently from my andropenis.
I like the sensasion after … add with 4 hours of andro, so I do 10 hours a day of stretching.
(5 days a week + 1 hour routine - “jelq” - “squeeze”)
I know it’s a lot, but I would like to reach my goal before 10 years of P.E. :-)
No P.E on weekend…but sex always welcome.
Wishing you to achieve your goals.

Yes, heat really did the trick for me as well.

The rice sock during warm-ups and stretching really does make it more comfortable and exciting. Also just started to use an electric heating pad on the pump cylinder - before and during the sessions.

Am curious about the effect. But even if it’s minor, it already helps with staying consistent
