First post on this site. Been lurking awhile. Not new to manual PE but I have recently switched to vac hanging with the LG Hanger. Looking to hit 11” BPFSL and/or BPEL.

Current stats:

BPEL: 9.75”
NBPEL: 8.5”
BPFSL: 10”
MSEG: 6.3”
Beg: 7”

Routine: 1 hr per day at 15 lbs. My limiting factor seems to be my left suspensory ligament.

Once you’re 15 minutes into your hang session and things are getting loosened up, take two fingers and dig them into the area where you feel the ligament isn’t getting fully stretched. Right at the pubic bone as if you were trying to get behind the pubic bone with your finger tips. While doing this under traction Kegel and then release the Kegel as you force those fingers into that area. Make every effort to do your best to fully relax that pelvic floor muscle as you push in. Do this a couple dozen times during the hour hang session.

Gotta say I absolutely love your product! I’m actually very surprised at how much weight I can comfortably hang with this! I know I’m supposed to start with smaller weights but quickly realized that at less than 12.5 lbs I couldn’t fatigue the steel cord (ligament). 15 lbs feels fantastic! Even briefly tried 25lbs for 5 minutes just to see how much I could handle (that’s too intense at the moment)

Very happy to hear you like the feel of our device! Use your own discretion on increasing the weight. Gradual increments are recommended. You may find that you hit a plateau with regard to the amount of weight you can comfortably hang with. When that happens I suggest you implement the Fulcrum and the Bundle. These two exercises will allow you to increase the stress levels without having to go heavier.

By the numbers you’ve shown , you’re already huge. No pics, are the numbers legit?

That’s a lot, consider less weight and possibly less time with a constant heat source.

Yes, I plan on increasing weight gradually. Curiosity just got the better of me and I wanted see what that extra 10 lbs felt like. I will stick with 12.5-15 lbs for a few weeks. I wanted to start with considerably less weight but my dick is stubborn and with a base girth of 7” plus the ligament issue I know I have to go in a bit heavier. Felt like at 10 lbs I could hang for hours with no fatigue.

Yes, numbers are legit. I’ve been doing PE on and off since 2011. One day I might post pics.

You can push the envelope on wear times, but do it with caution. A blister can sneak up on you when you exceed a hour with heavy weight. I can comfortably hang 15 lbs for a hour. I can hang 5 lbs for three hours afterwards if I desire.

Fatigue is ambiguously defined, and many opinions open it up for debate. Many have suggested that if you don’t feel soreness you haven’t achieved fatigue. I disagree with that viewpoint. For me fatigue is a very loose, pliable flaccid penis following a workout, one that is much easier to manually stretch and harder to achieve an erection with…. in other words exhaustion.

Another tip to try is to follow your hang session with very aggressive hand stretches, pulling in a variety of directions, and usually 10-15 minutes is sufficient. Believe it or not you can pull with your hand much harder than any amount of weight you can physically hang with. You just can’t sustain that hand stretch for a full hour.

About 1-1.25” in BPEL and .25” in girth over the last 8 years. Was never particularly consistent throughout. Work, wife, kids, etc. Have made consistency difficult especially doing it by stealth.

Excellent points! I’ll try manual after hanging for sure. Also, hadn’t thought about dropping weight after an hour for extended wear time, I like it!

Mostly I’m just intrigued by the science and discipline of PE. I know I’m already on the larger side, as my wife constantly reminds me, but visually my size (length) doesn’t seem impressive to me. I’m 6’ even and about 40 lbs overweight plus have big balls so I just want what I see in the mirror to match what I expect a huge dick to look like.

After your workout I highly recommend wearing Girth Bands in succession. First it will keep your post hang flaccid long and prevent retraction. Secondly it will help cement gains while you recover and train your penis to stay loose and long while flaccid. Our Girth Bands are 1 3/4” long, and after a hang session I will wear four in a row for 2-3 hours. Then drop down to only one. Multiple Girth Bands work independently from one another and are much better than one continuous length of sleeve…. especially if you are moving from a standing to sitting position frequently.

Since you are beyond the 8” mark you would more than likely use 5-6 Girth Bands, and depending on how snug of a fit you desire you would use the 1.125” or the 1.25” bands. Those number are internal diameter sizes. They are made from the same exact material as the sleeves.
