Well, I have hit a milestone. Consistently hitting 10” BPEL! As happy as I am with this I still want to get my NBPEL over 9” (currently around 8.75”).

I’m back up to hanging 15 lbs with the LG hanger. This time using the glans cap which is outstanding! No blisters so far!


Current: BPEL - 9.75, MSEG - 6.3

Congratulation for your gains. I have a LG and used it for 6-7 weeks without any problems. But one day hanging 3,75 kg I got blisters all of a sudden. Probably caused by lost pressure.
Can you describe how you wrap and use the glans cap when hanging.
Are the glans cap bought from LG?
Are you uncut or cut?
What pressure do you have during hanging?

No wrap; just the glans cap (from LG). I’m cut. I’m hanging 15 pounds with pressure around -12.5 in Hg. Yesterday I hung for 90 minutes with no problem.

Does Bathmate on lighter daysrest days help gain or maintain?

Then at your six month mark in training you can add in the Fulcrum and Bundle exercise, both are for advanced hangers.

I just started hanging and it has done well for my EQ. I also have used bathmate before but someone had said that no other exercise to add while hanging. Especially the girth ones. So is bathmate good to use if I want length gains?
