Gains, slow but gains

Just here to report my current stat and gains of last 6 months (been training for about 1 year pretty consistent):

Start (6 months ago - 18/october):
BPEL:19cm - 7.48inch
NBPEL:17.5cm - 6.9inch
BPFL:21cm - 8.26inch
MEG:14.2cm - 5.59inch

Today:
BPEL:19.5cm (+0.5) - 7.67inch
NBPEL:18cm (+0.5) - 7.08inch
BPFL:21.5cm (+0.5) - 8.46inch
MEG:14.5cm (+0.3) - 5.7inch

Current routine (5on/2off):
20min jelq (2x/day)
2-4h extender/day

Been thinking about adding proper warm up (any recomendation on this?) and manual stretching in order to achieve my goal size, my next routine will be something like this (2x/day):

WarmUp
15min manual stetching
15min jelq

Plus extender throughout the day.

May the experts give your opinion about my next routine or should I keep the old one?


23/9/18: NBPEL - 17.5cm __ BPEL - 18.5cm __ EG - 13.5cm

26/8/21:NBPEL - 18.8cm __ BPEL - 20.5cm __ EG - 14.5cm

Goal: NBPEL - 20.5cm ___ EG - 15.5cm
