So I have been at PE with a 2 day on 1 off routine of 5 minute warm up 5 minute stretch 10 minutes Jelqing 5 minutes and 5 minutes of cool down. My routine is somewhat regular except I have to change it up on weekends as it is harder to keep it from my wife. I am likely to go with dry Jelqing on weekends. I have thrown in Uli’s here and there as well. On days off they are completely with out anything. Have not been at it long and I can honestly say I measured just now and I have clearly gained in length.. About 1/8” for just under 2 weeks. I am now on the cuff of 6.5” BPEL, and I have never measured anywhere near that.

I am not going to measure again until the 4 week mark.

So here is a question as I continue on my journey I have noticed that during my PE sometimes I have a hard time maintaining my erection and have to stop for a bit and basically jerk off to get it back.. Is this common?

Put the ruler down my friend and stop with the clock. This is hard for me to say because I measure and count everything, but I’m afraid that you are hanging on the tip of each of them and I care.

This is a lifestyle commitment and results come from much persistence and attention to detail. Start by focusing on acclimating to routine and technique. No worries about growth, that comes later, this takes some belief, some trust. Mostly in yourself.

Also, have you gone through the mental process of how your wife might react if you told her about PE? This is not necessary immediately, but beginning the process of envisioning how this conversation might go has value.

I am trying to maintain about 50%. When I start I become erect easily during my warmup and stretch sometime too much. But while doing the Jelq is when I tend to loose it. I have found if I do the Jelq so I cans rub my glans a bit with my non “ok” fingers on the way up the shaft I maintain it better. Other wise have have to basically stop and master bate a bit to get the level back.

I do want porn occasionally like maybe once or twice a week but it is not for an extended period of time. Honestly I am not longer turned on by porn. To me it it the real physical interaction to get me going.

Porn is bad in general IMO, gets you desensitized to seeing naked women. I have been trying to cut it out entirely, and when I do get a chance to peak it’s so much more rewarding. So try to get your erections when jelqing from just stroking your dick.

I’m not really sure what to tell you about your challenge maintaining an erection while jelqing. Obviously visualization is a method to maintaining stimulation, which I am sure you are already doing.

I don’t have a lot of experience with the issue you are having. If you were having EQ issues due to overuse of porn, then maybe cutting back, but that doesn’t seem to be the culprit.

Hopefully others with more experience in this area can provide greater insight.

I too find it hard to maintain a erection while jelq I find it helps to do a kegel at the end of the stroke and hold it till I start the next stroke , I’ll add that I do dry jelq.

This helps me some but still have to stop and massage it a little to get it back again.

Hey.. I used to face this issue initially. Eventually, I realized that my grip was tighter than what the junior could handle. I thought my grip was already quite light - BUT it was sort of an eye opener for me that my member needs a much much lighter jelq grip. Maybe, you can loosen your grip to see if it helps?
Also, heat is good for the blood flow - doing jelqs while in hot shower or using an IR lamp as a constant heat source while jelqing etc. (Personally, I use an IR lamp.)

Thanks for the replies.. It seems to have corrected itself and my last few sessions I have not had an issue. I will say I love my flaccid look right after I finish my routine. I wish it would last longer than the 5-10 minutes.

I am noticing also it feels much fuller with even the slightest bit of arousal than in the past. EQ is still great.

Quick update..

I have continued on the 2 on one off schedule. I have missed a day here and there but I have been very good at keeping at it. EQ is still good, no changes there.

During and after my workout my penis feels very full and I have notice a difference in my “normal” flaccid size/fullness.

On a whim I measured and I appear to now be at 6.5 BPEL x 5 mseg. Not bad. I honest have to desire to measure any more like I did when I first started. This measurement was more of a man look larger so something mush have changed.

I want to step up my intensity some how, and I am thinking of including a second session in the evening but that would be dry jelqs. I have no soreness or anything right now.

Thoughts?

Also what are thought on “manual” clamping for a bit like an extended Uli.. Basically from full erection squeeze at base with OK grip and kegel it out till firm and then hold with the ok grip for like 2-5 minutes.

Interesting note on reactions from my wife.. We has sex Friday night and I again “felt” deeper when we were having sex.. There was ounce again that hardness near the bottom side of my glans..
