So I am at about the 6 week mark when should I consider taking a break from my routine? I was thinking at like the 8 week mark take a one week break and then start up again.


Start 6” BPEL x 4.75” MSEG

Current 6.5 BPEG x 5” MSEG

Goal 7.5 BPEG x 5.5 MSEG

Don’t stop rather continue every day even if you do a lot less… Consistency is PE


Longer, thicker, tighter, deeper

So I am back at it after a break… life just sort of got busy… good news is I do not seem to have lost anything during my break. Measured again to reset the clock sort of and I am exactly where I was when I stopped. Going back to the 2 on one of routine and see what happens. Been at it for a few days but man I just look bigger than ever right now. Goal is still 7.5x 5.5…
