Having dabbled searched over this site and many others like it for the 1st time in the 6 years that I have been experimenting with P.E., starting this thread seems like the right way forward. Over the 6 years I have experimented with pills, manual exercises and pumps never able to keep up any set routine for more than 1 month.
I hope to keep up this thread as much as possible and speak more openly about my P.E. Experience. For now see below for my routine and measurements.
I look forward to any support or information provided by other members.

Routine 1st month
Morning
HOT shower and light stretching as warm up - 10 mins
Bath-mate pump - 5 mins
Jelq - 10 mins
Kegels - 5 mins
Bath-mate - 10 mins

Evening
Hot shower
Manual Stretching - 10 mins

I humbly recommend starting with the Newbie Routine. Easier gains with less work early on.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

This is way too much work for a beginner. My routine is like 1/4th of this at 6 months in and I’m still making gains from it. Overtraining will cause you not to gain.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

Like thoughtfulgold suggested, I’d start with the “Newbie Routine” provided by this site. Your routine seems too intense for a beginner. I’ve been using the newbie routine for two months now and am seeing noticeable results. One of your problems on why you have possibly failed in the past, is you could be trying to do too much to start. With such a workout, you’ll want to take will rest days. And yes, rest days are important, but your routine will tire you out to the point that one rest day becomes two, then three, then 10 and you’ve fallen off the wagon again. The “Newbie Routine” is simple and isn’t in the least bit time consuming and the results are incredible. It’s made me a firm believer in PE.

Your Bath-mate is a great tool to have, but set it aside for now. Condition your penis with your stretches and jelqing first and add the Bath-mate at a later date. You’ll be glad you did.

Like TG said, It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Well that makes plenty of sense, ,following this post and 2 days in the routine E.Q. has gone down the drain and shall be switching to the newbie routine, thanks guys for your help.
I did choose the 1st routine keeping in mind as I have done P.E on and off in the past that I would not have considered myself a newbie. Turns out I was a little over zealous.

Shall we begin again :D
