Falco's Girth Progess

I thought it would be helpful to put up my progress here from the very beginning to have something to look back at.

I’ve played around with jelqing, stretching and pumping now and then for years (11 years back the first time). But I was never able to commit fully due to living situations and
Lack of motivation, I wanted to much, too soon. My routines were sporadic and didn’t lead to any gains. Started the newbie routine 2-3 times and fell short each time. But now after actually studying and noticing the vast advancements that have been made regarding techniques and programming I decided to give it another go. I have now 4 weeks behind me and there is no signs of stopping this time. I’m hooked and feel that I’m finally making a progress. I’ve also now fully embraced that PE will take time and true commitment.

Here is my starting stats and goals:
Starting: BPEL: 20.4 cm / 8.031496 inches EMSG: 12.5 cm / 4.92126 inches
Goals: BPEL: 22.0cm / 8.5 inches EMSG 14.5cm / 5.7 inches
(I have a sturdy base girth of 16cm (6.2 inches) which actually just teases my gf for more than anything else and makes my penis look skinny due to the cones-like shape.)

This is also one of my main inspirations why I’ve now committed to PE. To make the rest of my dong closer to that girth-wise.

You can probably sense by now that I’m on a girth quest. On a determined path to heavy schlongdom.
I’m happy with my length and many partners have complained that I’ve gone to deep when I’ve thrusted all the way, especially when entering from behind.

I’m planing to stick to manual exercise for the next months. I’ve bought a LAPDist pump with the 2.25 inch CC for later (played around with it and added it to my last week of my 4 week regimen but felt that it was just too much, it will have to wait.)

Here is my routine so far:

Warm-Up: 8-12min with a homemade rice sock (made out of 2 old socks, sowed together and filled with rice) I heat it up and pull it over my flaccid penis and position it so that it is resting on my lower abdomen so that it heats up the tendons as well. I’m wearing briefs to keep it in position.
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Manual stretches: Started out the 2 first weeks with 10 x 15s Pulls. The two last I’ve done 15x 30s pulls.
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Jelqing: (week1-2) 100-150 wet jelqs downward (week 2-now) 200-250 wet jelqs downward
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Dry Jelqs: (week 1-2) none (week 2- now) 25-60 dry jelqs.
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Cool-down with kegals: Same as Warm-up but slightly cooler and leave it on for 15-20min, I start out with doing 50 focused kegals and then just wear the sock while doing stuff around the house.

First 3 weeks I did 1 day on 1 off, now I’ve gone to 2-3 days on and 1 off.

Notes and progress:
After the first 2 weeks I’ve gained great EQ, my morning/nite wood was harder than before and it felt like a deeper hardness that I’ve haven’t felt in a long time. This effected my workouts as well, only after I’ve reached this new "hardness" I started feeling that my jelqs were working and I couple keep the required 55-70% erection that I like jelqing at. Gf also commented that I’m harder than before even though I’ve always had no problem keeping a 100% erection during sex.

I’ve started to pay attention to PI’s now and have noticed slight Negative PI’s. Probably due to the current regiment and added jelqs. I haven’t taken longer than 1 day off since I started and think that it is in order. Maybe go back to 1 day on 1 off or then reduce jelq reps and continue with the current 2-3 on 1 off. What do you guys think?

I measured yesterday and still a little fatigued from workout the day before. I’m now wielding a definitely stronger and slightly larger meat sword. I’m sure these are mainly due to enhanced EQ and I am still in, in a way, in a conditioning phase. I’ve now realised that I’m only now actually jelqing right and at the right pressure and speed. It is as many have noted that it is a fine art and takes time to master, I started with a normal ok-grip but moved to a overhand grip when I noticed that it worked for me better. (This was after the first week). Applying more pressure and not too much in the veins under the penis, this gives me a good sensation on expansion. You really have to pay attention and take it easy, I don’t feel like I have a very aggressive routine but yet I get some negative PI’s and have to scale down on force or EL. I’ve been reading about taking more days of, 2 even 3. What do you guys think about that? It is just so darn hard to take a break when you’ve finally found yourself committed and determined.
