I thought it would be helpful to put up my progress here from the very beginning to have something to look back at.

I’ve played around with jelqing, stretching and pumping now and then for years (11 years back the first time). But I was never able to commit fully due to living situations and
Lack of motivation, I wanted to much, too soon. My routines were sporadic and didn’t lead to any gains. Started the newbie routine 2-3 times and fell short each time. But now after actually studying and noticing the vast advancements that have been made regarding techniques and programming I decided to give it another go. I have now 4 weeks behind me and there is no signs of stopping this time. I’m hooked and feel that I’m finally making a progress. I’ve also now fully embraced that PE will take time and true commitment.

Here is my starting stats and goals:
Starting: BPEL: 20.4 cm / 8.031496 inches EMSG: 12.5 cm / 4.92126 inches
Goals: BPEL: 22.0cm / 8.5 inches EMSG 14.5cm / 5.7 inches
(I have a sturdy base girth of 16cm (6.2 inches) which actually just teases my gf for more than anything else and makes my penis look skinny due to the cones-like shape.)

This is also one of my main inspirations why I’ve now committed to PE. To make the rest of my dong closer to that girth-wise.

You can probably sense by now that I’m on a girth quest. On a determined path to heavy schlongdom.
I’m happy with my length and many partners have complained that I’ve gone to deep when I’ve thrusted all the way, especially when entering from behind.

I’m planing to stick to manual exercise for the next months. I’ve bought a LAPDist pump with the 2.25 inch CC for later (played around with it and added it to my last week of my 4 week regimen but felt that it was just too much, it will have to wait.)

Here is my routine so far:

Warm-Up: 8-12min with a homemade rice sock (made out of 2 old socks, sowed together and filled with rice) I heat it up and pull it over my flaccid penis and position it so that it is resting on my lower abdomen so that it heats up the tendons as well. I’m wearing briefs to keep it in position.
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Manual stretches: Started out the 2 first weeks with 10 x 15s Pulls. The two last I’ve done 15x 30s pulls.
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Jelqing: (week1-2) 100-150 wet jelqs downward (week 2-now) 200-250 wet jelqs downward
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Dry Jelqs: (week 1-2) none (week 2- now) 25-60 dry jelqs.
- 30sec of helicopters to loosen-up
Cool-down with kegals: Same as Warm-up but slightly cooler and leave it on for 15-20min, I start out with doing 50 focused kegals and then just wear the sock while doing stuff around the house.

First 3 weeks I did 1 day on 1 off, now I’ve gone to 2-3 days on and 1 off.

Notes and progress:
After the first 2 weeks I’ve gained great EQ, my morning/nite wood was harder than before and it felt like a deeper hardness that I’ve haven’t felt in a long time. This effected my workouts as well, only after I’ve reached this new “hardness” I started feeling that my jelqs were working and I couple keep the required 55-70% erection that I like jelqing at. Gf also commented that I’m harder than before even though I’ve always had no problem keeping a 100% erection during sex.

I’ve started to pay attention to PI’s now and have noticed slight Negative PI’s. Probably due to the current regiment and added jelqs. I haven’t taken longer than 1 day off since I started and think that it is in order. Maybe go back to 1 day on 1 off or then reduce jelq reps and continue with the current 2-3 on 1 off. What do you guys think?

I measured yesterday and still a little fatigued from workout the day before. I’m now wielding a definitely stronger and slightly larger meat sword. I’m sure these are mainly due to enhanced EQ and I am still in, in a way, in a conditioning phase. I’ve now realised that I’m only now actually jelqing right and at the right pressure and speed. It is as many have noted that it is a fine art and takes time to master, I started with a normal ok-grip but moved to a overhand grip when I noticed that it worked for me better. (This was after the first week). Applying more pressure and not too much in the veins under the penis, this gives me a good sensation on expansion. You really have to pay attention and take it easy, I don’t feel like I have a very aggressive routine but yet I get some negative PI’s and have to scale down on force or EL. I’ve been reading about taking more days of, 2 even 3. What do you guys think about that? It is just so darn hard to take a break when you’ve finally found yourself committed and determined.

If there is constant “turtling” periods or soreness for several hours (present even after you wake up), add more rest days or step down you routine (intensity mostly). Lower EQ (brief voluntary erections and not as hard as before) could also be considered an indicator of over-work too.

Keep using lots of heat (before, during, after). When I jelq, I do it under an infrared heat lamp. Makes a world of difference :)

Thank you, great to be back! I’m slightly “turtling” today after yesterdays sesh so I’m just going to do some time in the rice sock and take the day off.

I’m going to keep doing the following (after recovering for a day or two) 2 on and 1 off with fewer jelqs: 200 with 50 dry.

Sound good, might have to get one when it seems quite many recommend them. Or then just do it in the sauna :)

Quick Update

You were right! I found an old heat lamp and have been using it for the past 4 workouts. Game changer. As I’m really trying to keep maintaining plumpness and diamond-cut wood, all in all good PI’s as marks of progress. I’m plumped for longer and feel more recovered in each workout. Versus the slight feeling of fatigue I used to feel on my second day of 2 on 1 off without extra heat.

Right now on 3 rounds of pulls (1st round 30’s medium force, 2nd 20s hard and final with 15’s as much as possible without pain) in all directions.

Then 250-300 wet jelqs + 50-70 dry jelqs (depending on how fatigue I get from the wets)

Switching grips but mostly over hand, all dry ones with over hand grip. Works best for my unit.

Focusing on not maxing out. Just like when training your body/muscles. Always leaving a little in the tank. Let’s see how that works out for me. Haven’t measured now but planning to do that on the first.

I’ve taken 5 days off since my last workout. Was loosing EQ and when I look back at my routine I added too much too soon. I was hanging larger flaccid in these days took off until yesteday when it hanged like before I started PE 5 weeks ago. I took that as a PI that whatever was going on in my unit was done and it was ready to start over.

I measured yesterday, no length gains but the gained girth of 2mm are still there.

Yesterday I did
7 min warm-up
2x30s/directions Manual stretches
150 wet jelqs
50 dry jelqs
7 min cool-down
(Whole session under infrared lamp)

Felt good and the jelqs were consistent. I wasn’t as plumped after the workout before on my more intense workouts that I did 2 weeks prior to my 5 day break (200-300 wets + 100 drys). But does this matter? I guess I was always going for plumpness during the past weeks and so maybe pushed myself too much to gain it. A handful of times it turtled but usually it was just fatigued and plump for hours.

Maybe I should just work up from yesterdays routine but adding a a couple per session:
150+50, 155+55, 160+ 60, 170+ 70.. Etc. Or should I switch to 1on 1 off from 2on 1 off and stick to more intense routines?! What kind of splits do you guys prefer?

How long is each jelq stroke? Reading other progress threads, some people have found varying the time of each stroke helps.

I generally do about 3 to 5 seconds per stroke. Grip is light to medium. Sometimes add a squeeze-hold every X strokes.

3-5 seconds usually, thanks for the tip. I read both and tried today with the 10-30% EL jelqs with a overhand grip straight down. Gives a really nice stretch. Going to stick with that for now. Did a 100 with 6-9 second pulls. Not too hard though, just enough to feel the stretch. Then finished with 60 at 65-80% EL. I guess my problem has been so far that I’ve concentrated on girth too much too soon. Too high EL’s and so on. I just have to be patient and power through these first 8-10 weeks before I start with more intense girth work!

I’ve been re-read ‘New Jelq City’ and Equine Rooster’s progress thread and I think I’ve figured out what I’ve been doing wrong. Also tested jelqing at 10-30% EL rather than 40-60% that I did in my first month. The low % jelqs felt better and the sensation and stretch felt more like it “should”.

But looking back in my journal I’ve haven’t had a raging nite or morning wood like I had 3 weeks back. (2 weeks into my start). I kept on training and didn’t pay attention to the PI’s too much. Blamed the lowered EQ on fatigue and took it as “training soreness” trusting it would recover. It did and did not. Since I haven’t had a “rager” for a couple of weeks I’m taking days off until it returns(or something close to it). Because now when my EQ is a mess it’s hard to use it as a gauge, time to zero.

I think my main problem is that I’ve felt that jelqing at lower EL won’t give me girth, which is what I’m after. Ending up jelqing at the 50-70% range. Left me plumped but without gains. But the truth seems to be that the real girth exercise are advanced ones and I’ll need to condition my penis first until I can start with that. Squeezes, Uli’s and later on Clamping. But now I rest, cuddle up and wait until I recover and then do the following routine for another month:

6min warm-up
Light 10-15s stretches in each direction to loosen up.
200 wet jelqs down and straight out for 3-5 seconds at 10-30% EL
6min warm-down with 50 5s kegals

P.S I think I’ve been doing too many kegals as well. Not keeping track and doing then all the time throughout the day. Go with 50 5s after each workout and 50 at another time of the day.

P.SS Leaving out manual stretches and only loosening up before jelqing.
