Extending and Jelqing Log

After experimenting with lots of things for the last 17 consecutive months and 3 periods of manual stuff in the past I have made my conclusions of what is working for me.
The only thing that is working is low intensity extending and low intensity Jelqing.
Anything with high intensity is taking me back.
So this is my log of doing the things that are working for me.

If you are extending 10 hours a day, you can have rest days, but having only 4 extender hours a day, resting is unnecessary.
But I think it´s in fact necessary to rest if you jelq. so.. well… I shut up

Thanks for the advice but I am recovering my Pis now from an intense manual stretching program.

So I am moving carefully.

When I ll have 100% Pis I am planing to extend for 6-8h.day and the jelqing will be once again at 20-30mins.
